(Camilla's POV)
I wake up in a white room. Tubes clung to my arms and went in my nose.
If I hadn't noticed this I might've been a bit more comfortable. A doctor walked through the door, not bothering to close it. He looked up and jumped a slight bit.
"Oh hello." He said. Before I could speak he walked out of the room.
It was about 10'minutes before he walked back in with my parents.
"Camilla," my dad said, his eyes red and puffy.
"No. W-what's going on?" My voice was raspy and soft. My mom hadn't said a word the whole time.
The doctor sighed. "Camilla. You have leukemia. I-ill give you a moment." And he walked out of the room.
"What?" I looked to my mom, she couldn't meet my eyes. She looked to the ground and I heard a quiet sob wrack through the silent room.
