July 28, 2016... Our first conversation started.
It was a great memory of mine. You'd borrow my note that day and:
"Olthea name mo di ba?" Tinanong mo ito
I just nod, wala kasi akong masabi.
"Ang ganda ng name mo, kasing ganda mo" kahit gasgas na ang linyang yan parang bago lang Ito nung sinabi mo
"Salamat" nahihiya ko pang sambit noon.
"Wala yun, maganda ka naman talaga eh. I bet you have a boyfriend na"
"Wala pa ahh, my dad won't allow me to have one , napaka strict kasi" I said
"Ahh ganun, maybe he wanted you to have a boyfriend na desente at mapagkakatiwalaan"
"Ang sabihin mo, gusto niya lang akong ipakasal sa anak ng business partner niya"
"Uso pa ba yung arrange marriage?" Nagtatakang Tanong mo.
"Sa ibang mayayaman, hindi. But when it comes to our family usong uso yun"
"I wish your dad won't do that, I would rather see you smile because of love not because of wealth"
That ended our short conversation.
