The colorful lights were blindly visible as Seulgi enter the bar with Sooyoung leading the way. It was unbelievable to think that the guard let them to pass, not minding the two wearing their school uniforms. The sounds became more clear and loud as they walked through the crowd.
“Why did you bring me here?” Seulgi asked Sooyoung who was sitting already as she found an empty table near the stage.
“What? I can't hear you unnie!” she said as she pats the couch beside her telling the latter to sit.
“I said, why did you bring me here?” she said with a mere loud voice enough for her to hear her.
Suck this loud music.
“Obviously, I just want us to have fun. We just finish our exams tho.” she raised her hand signaling the waiter to take their orders.
“You told me that we're just going out to eat dinner. You know that I hate this crowd.” Seulgi complained while standing.
“Oh come on, Seulgi-unnie. We're going home after an hour, huh? So sit here and enjoy first, okay?” The younger said with a puppy eyes, making it hard for Seulgi to resist. She annoyingly sat and grab her phone to check the time.
“40 minutes. That's the last deal.” she said not letting Sooyoung to complain.
The younger smiled. “Okay, What's your order then?” Sooyoung asked.
“I'm not drinking.”
“Unnie, don't be such a killjoy.” Sooyoung said while pouting.
The older sighed as she glared at the younger. As she was left with no choice, she ended up ordering juice. The waiter left as soon as she answered and told them to wait for 5 minutes.
Seulgi sighed as she was tired after running a few errands for their homeroom teacher when the class ended earlier. Being the classroom president who always had to run errands and loaded with responsibilities, a free time like this is precious for her to rest. But being a nice and a responsible friend she is, she just couldn't leave her hard-headed friend, inside the noisy bar. Making her feel more stressful.
It's almost 9 O'clock. I need to bear with this crowd for a couple of minutes.
Seulgi groaned with her thought. She lazily rest her back on the couch and wander her eyes to the ocean of drunk people.
I don't get how people find peace in this kind of place? Loud music, poignant smokes of cigarettes which is not good for the health. Being in drunk doesn't fix your problem though.
Being an observant person she is, she even saw some of their schoolmates in their uniforms in the dance floor swaying their bodies with the strangers' who probably also celebrating after finishing their tiresome exams today.
“Yah. Sooyoung-ah. Don't let yourself drunk tonight. I won't take you home.” Seulgi said in authoritative way after Sooyoung drunk the half of her glass.
“Aish. Unnie, I know you can't resist me. And besides, how can I be drunk when we won't stay here long?” Sooyoung said with a tone of almost complaining.
"Tsk." Seulgi just clicked her tounge as she saw the younger drink again. She doesn't know why she's not even stopping her, but there's a hint of trust to the younger that she'll know her limit. Seulgi even wonder how come Sooyoung became a heavy drinker than her in her age that even her tolerance in alcohol is high.
“Good evening ladies.” The dj aprroaches the two. He's tall and a bit skinny. His brushed-on bright blonde hair matches his eyes that were round and more darker as an eyeliner was applied on it. He wears a leather jacket and a plane white t-shirt inside pairing his black ripped jeans.
