Nicole's POV

I was watching Mean Girls in my living room. When I was halfway through the movie, the doorbell rung. I opened the door, to a smiling Matt. I automatically started smiling. You see, Matt is my boyfriend of two years. "Hey, not trying to be rude, but what are you doing here?" I asked. "Well, good day to you too, but hurry up and get ready." he said. "What?" I asked, confused. "We're going on a date. Dress casual."

I decided to wear a plain black long sleeves crop top with a pair of light washed denim shorts. I put on my black vans and I left my hair natural, which was wavy. I grabbed my phone and purse and walked downstairs. "I'm ready!" I yelled. "Girls take so long" Matt said annoyed, I just laughed.

***Skip car ride***

"We're here." Matt said.

We were at a movie theatre. We got off the car and Matt held my hand. "What movie do you wanna watch?" he asked me. "The Fault In Our Stars!" I screamed. "But I haven't finished reading the book!" He whined. "Fine. Divergent." I said. "Okay. I'll go pay for the tickets. Can you get popcorn?" "Sure." I said before I pecked him on the lips and left to go get us some popcorn.

"And I'll get a large coke with that please." I said. "Will that be it?" The cashier asked as she chewed her gum. She was obviously annoyed by me. She wore too much makeup. Cake face? "Yes. That will be it. Thank you." I said as I faked a smile. "Your total is $27.58" I handed her the money and walked away. I then saw Hayes here, he was leaning against a wall on his phone, he's one of my best friends. "HAYES!" I yelled. He looked up "NICOLE!" he mimicked me. I'm pretty sure everyone was staring at us, but I didn't care. "What are you doing here?" I asked him. "I'm on a date with Maggie. She's in the bathroom. What about you?" "Same, but Matt went to go pay for our tickets. What movie are you watching?" "Divergent. You?" "Same! We should have a double date." I said. I always wanted to have a double date. In the corner of my eye, I thought I saw Taylor (my other bestfriend), but I doubt it. That guy that looked like Taylor was buying some candy from that cake face. Then he turned around. It was Taylor. "TAYLOR!" I yelled and ran to hug him. "Oh hey Nicole, what are you doing here?" he asked. "I'm on a double date. What are you doing here?" "Same. Kristin should be back soon. She left her phone in the car so she went to go get it." "Wait. What movie are you watching?" I asked. "Divergent." "TRIPLE DATE!" I yelled.
