Agh! My face just can't seem to calm down, why did Laura even ask me that question? Yume. Answer me honestly, do you like Subaru-senpai?

Do I? I mean, he's my rival. He helps me, he's my senpai, I like to be around him even though he makes me so angry. He's helped me grown a lot ever since I became an idol. My heart has been racing recently whenever I see him... Ever since... He kissed me on the cheeks, that's when it happened! Why did he even kiss my cheek in the first place...? I don't understand...

Know what? I'm just going to find Koharu-chan and Laura so they can help me.

"Koharu-chan! Laura! Where are you?" I shouted in the dorms, they're normally at the dorm at this time of the day.

"We're here Yume-chan! In the living room!" Koharu-chan shouted back.

I went down to the living room and saw both of them talking to each other, as I approached them, Laura looked at me and asked, "What's up Yume?"

I sat down next to them and mumbled, "I... um, I'm having some troubles understanding some things, and my thoughts are all over the place. I was hoping... both of you could help me...?"

"Is something wrong Yume-chan?" Koharu-chan asked me, her voice filled with worry.

"Well, Laura, remember what you asked me? Whether I like... Subaru?" Laura nodded.

"Your question is stuck in my head. I don't think I like him in that kind of way, but I'm not really sure. I've been feeling... off, ever since uh... Subaru kissed me on... the cheeks..." I felt my face heat up as I talk about it.

"SUBARU-SENPAI DID WHAT?!" Both Laura and Koharu-chan shouted, then immediately covering their mouth.

"So Subaru-senpai kissed you on the cheeks? When?" Laura asked.

"I went to give him a book as a gift for his comeback live, it was after the live at night time. Then he kissed me on the cheeks and I ran away. Ever since then, I've been acting weird. I feel my heart racing when I see him smile. I just don't understand why... I'm acting like this." I blurted everything out, it really wasn't my intention to.

Koharu-chan pointed out, "Maybe that just means... You don't see Subaru-senpai just as a friend?"

I don't see Subaru as a friend? Then what do I see him as? Agh! What should I do to figure this out!!!

"This is something you have to sort out yourself, that's the most we can help you with Yume. Knowing you... I'm sure you'll figure it out soon." Laura smiled at me, reassuring me that I'll figure it out soon.

I thanked them and went out for a run to clear my head up. I stopped at a bench after running for a while, then I looked up to the sky, and wondered aloud, "I hope I figure this thing out soon..."

"You really have got to stop singing in the middle of the campus at night. It's gotten really easy to find you." Subaru was standing next to me without me knowing it.

Should I ask him?

"Ne Subaru [Hey Subaru], why'd you kiss me the other day...? It's been bothering me... My thoughts are all over the place, my heart keeps racing every time I see you. I can feel my face heat up every time I see you smile." I couldn't take it anymore, so I just said everything out.

I turned and looked at Subaru, whose face was red. He asked softly, "You really want to know Yume...?"

I nodded and Subaru turned away and answered me, and honestly, it wasn't something that I was ready to hear. Rather, it was something I wasn't expecting and maybe it made me even more confused.

"I... uh... like you, Yume..." He muttered.

I DID IT...!!! HE CONFESSED! Sorry this chapter is really short, I needed for this to happen so the third round of the World Aikatsu! Cup can come around. I have quite a few plans... But I'm still deciding whether Yume should confess before the round, or after the round. In case you didn't know, the song that Yume sang in this chapter is called "Precious".

I'm trying to use the Aikatsu Stars! songs. But none of them suited what I had in mind, so I used a song from the original Aikatsu! season.

By the way, I don't know if I've said this, but exams are officially over. Meaning... I'll be updating as per normal again! Thank you for being so patient with me! ♡
