I arrived at the hospital at 5:45 AM. A fifteen minute drive from my condo to the hospital and a fifteen to twenty minute drive from shop to hospital.

The moment my heartbeat fasten like never before was surreal. I even wasn't nervous last night. When my psychosis delivers, I became insane, a psychopath, a lunatic. My mind blackens, then strange thoughts came in. They're like demons inside my head, whispering every action I should do. Then followed by my breathing, it quickens, but a tad slower than hyperventilating. Next, all I knew is that I could be sweating really hard. Lastly, my hands were trembling and I was already panting.

If you ever try to engage in a conversation with me, while my psychosis is building, I became a toddler that believes that everything I see isn't real. Then, as it becomes worse, I am unable to communicate. I tend to terminate the conversation, quickly.

Then the mental asylum came, I was medicated until I got out four years later. Looking so good that I look like I wasn't suffering from psychosis.

"Get moving, Caloy!" Sigaw ni doctora.

Bakit nga ba kasi ako nakatulala?

"Sorry po." I replied.

I fixed all the things na gagamitin namin mamaya. Papers, equipments, tools, materials, lahat na. Magiging busy ang hospital ngayon.

I was fixing things when my phone vibrated continuously. I picked it from my pocket and saw that Deanna was calling.

Seriously? At a time like this? I mean its 6:00 in in the morning!

"Hello Deanns?"

"Caloy! Hey there! God, I've been sending you messages kanina pa!"

"Sorry. I have duty kasi here sa hospital."

"Oh. I see. Good luck on that!"

"Why'd you called pala?"

"Oh yeah. Ate Bea told me to call you kasi she's inviting you for a session tonight."

"Tonight? Not sure kasi kung anong oras matatapos duty ko."

"Kayang humabol?"

"I'll try. By the way, saan venue?"

"By the beach daw, dating gawi."

"Sige. I'll hung up na. Magstart na kami."

Then the phone call ended.

I turned my attention to the things I was doing. Mahirap ng mapagalitan. Few moments later, dumating na yung unang pasyente.

10:36 PM. Duty's done! Kapagod. Hooo!

I fixed all my things and prepared my bag, tapos nagpaalam na kay doctora.

"Doc, una na po ako." I smiled.

"Okay sige. Ingat ka, Caloy. And job well done." She smiled back.

"Thank you po."

And then I left. I fished my phone on my pocket and called Deanna. Babalik muna akong condo, papalit muna ako. Alangan naman naka uniform akong tutungga don?

"Hello, Deanns!"

"Caloy! Duty's done?"

"Yeah. Tatanong ko sana if nandyan na kayo."

"Yeah. Kararating lang namin. Punta ka?"

"Oo. Pero dadaan munang akong condo saglit."

"Oh sige. Ingat ka. If you're asking kung pwede magdala, pwedeng pwede."
