*Hazel's POV*
I sat, curled up in a ball as they had begun to announce the placements.
After they announced Collins was 5th, I was in shock and disbelief. After what Collins did on the show, he deserves first place! But it is what it is, I'm still proud of him.
Today is the day, the tour was making their stop in my hood at Griffith Park later tonight. I begged my parents to go! After I told them they were my best friends as a child, they thought it would be good for me to see them again.
Following the Ustream, Devan had become an overnight star! He gained followers as fast as ever. I don't have social media, for now at least. Never the less, I still looked up what the boys were up to every now and then. Tonight is a big night! I'll clarify if the boys remember me, or if they have no recollection of me. Which would tear me apart.
I scanned myself in the mirror. I wore a strapless, white dress that fell mid thy. A brown belt wrapped my waist, defining my figure even more. My hair was in a light curl. The golden, brown locks fell at my waist. It was parted in the middle with a little white bow attached to the head band. White ballet flats completed my outfit. I wore light makeup. Just mascara and a little bit of pink lip gloss.
I smiled. Hopefully I'll see them tonight! My stomach did flips and bursted with butterflies! I'll be able to see my best friends again!
I giggled a little bit.

I stepped out of the car and my stomach literally flew from all the butterflies. My legs shook as I entered the arena. I scanned the cemented area for my blue eyed best friend. I knew I wouldn't find Collins because he's preparing for his magnificent show. My green eyes darted from side to side. I made rounds around the arena, but nothing. I let out a sigh.
Please!
My stomach rose to my throat.
There. In front of me. Past the group of girls, there he was. My best friend.
Wow he's grown so much. It felt like an infinity ago since I've laid eyes on his face.
I then suddenly remembered. The day I was taken, he kissed me. At Knotts Berry Farm.
My soft fingers grazed my pink lips, remembering his kiss. I smiled and blushed.
I forgot I was staring at him as his gaze fell upon me. I suddenly looked away and crimson tainted my cheeks. I looked back up as he continued to awkwardly talk with the teenage, love-stricken girls.
I began to approach him as he slipped his way passed the girls. They followed Devan like a puppy dog, chattering behind him.
"Hey, Devan." I said hopefully.
"Hi." He said and brushed it off. He continued to walk.
I felt like I just got shot. My heart shattered into a million pieces. I took a deep breath.
He doesn't remember.
"Devan!" I called to him. He stopped and turned, "Sup?" He asked. Everyone around us went quiet. I took a deep breath.
"Don't you remember me?"
All the girls laughed at me and Devan laughed as well.
"I'm sorry, but I don't." He said through his laughter. "It's me, Hazel." I stated.
His face changed quickly. It dove from happiness to anger. He slowly approached me.
"Who told you about this?" He spat at me. I had been thoroughly confused. "No one did. Hazel is my name. You don't remember me?" Tears formed in my eyes.
"Don't say her name. You're not her. She's gone." A tear slipped from his eye. He turned on a heel and paced his walk.
"You let me go. You let me slip from your fingertips. You had me.You had my all. I was yours. You were mine. Why? Why did you allow this to happen to us? They ripped me away. I miss you. Please. I need you. You need me," I took a deep breath before continuing, "I love you." I said quietly, letting my breath carry out the words.
