(A/N) Heyyyy everyone! Please don't hate me! So I honestly don't have an awesome totally understandable excuse for why I haven't updated ASEA. I will try to get the next (and probably last) chapter of that up as soon as possible! But for now, have a bitter sweet Doctor Who poem that I wrote at 4 o'clock in the morning. Enjoy!

The Lonely Man

The Lonely Man walks alone

Forever denied a proper home

He tries to make friends but to no avail

Their life together ceases without fail

The Lonely Man walks alone

He is a traveler to the bone

He found a rose so full of life

But the rose was taken in the midst of strife

The Lonely Man walks alone

And his hearts are broken, full of woe

He finds the rose on a distant plain

The rose he cannot keep, although it brings him pain

The Lonely Man walks alone

But in his memory there shall always be sewn

The lovely rose that made him feel at home.
