My alarm started to ring which made me flinch. I turned off the ringing sound and stretched my arms. I looked outside my window, what a good sunny morning.

I took my towel and went in the bathroom to take a shower.

After showering, I picked my outfit for school today. I grabbed my blue ripped jeans and a white t-shirt. I grabbed my denim jacket and combed my hair.

I let my hair down since It's still wet. I grabbed my bag and got downstairs. Dad already cooked some delicious breakfast. "Good morning, Taeyeon" Dad gave me a peck on the cheeks.

I sat across him and started to eat my breakfast. "Good luck to your first day, Tae" he smiled as well as me. "I hope the people here are nice" I chuckled "They will be" my dad cheered.

After eating, dad sent me off to school. He dropped me off and I looked at the campus. It's big, though. A lot of students are already coming in. "Well, welcome to your first day, Taeyeon" I mumbled to myself and started to walk in the entrance.

There was an inspector before coming in, she's like working in the principal's office, I reckon. "Name?" She asked me "J-Jeon Taeyeon" I stuttered. She looked up at me and her lime yellow eyes directly looked at mine.

She's a vampire.

"Ah! Another new student, eh?" She smiled widely and I smiled nervously "Your course is psychology, right?" She smiled even more and I nodded "Your classroom is in..." she looked at her log book "3rd floor, young girl. Room 12" she smiled and I nodded.

I took the stairs since the elevator is for school staffs only. I finally arrived 3rd floor and started to look for room 12. "Room 12" I mumbled to myself.

Finally, I stopped in front of room 12.

Room 12- Psychology

I took exhaled and closed my eyes for a moment, reaching for the doorknob. I opened my eyes again and I can see from the door's small glass panes that there are a lot of students, talking and doing their own stuff.

Being a new student is not easy after all. I opened the door. Thank god, they didn't notice me. I sat on a vacant seat and I just looked at the surroundings. No mess, only noise was present.

Not like my school in Incheon, when you enter the room boys will be throwing papers at each other, making the room dirty. "Hello!" A voice came beside me which made me flinch.

Well, here comes the friendly ones.

I looked at her eyes. It was a shade of Magenta, I kind of like it, though. Still, she's a vampire.

"Oh, come on! Don't be shy! I'm harmless, I haven't killed anyone before, trust me" she smiled and I nodded with a smile "I'm Lee Hyemin. Half-blood" she stick out her hands and I hand shook with her "Jeon Taeyeon" I replied. Suddenly, I felt a shock between our hands "Oh. I didn't notice that you were wearing that necklace. We, vampires are really sensitive with that" she explained. I took off my necklace and placed it on my bag "I'm sorry" I replied and she shook her head "It's fine" She replied "Are you a werewolf or a vampire?" She asked.

"I'm a...human" I replied "Oh. Humans here are called as 'cold'. Since they don't have any special blood" she explained nicely "Cold? Why is that?" I asked curiously "I don't know. I heard some other vampires and werewolves calling a human as 'cold'." She explained.

"Since when did you become a half-blood, Hyemin?" I asked again "Three years ago. I had a boyfriend and he's a full-blood vampire, though. Good thing he didn't transfer his venom in me" she chuckled "Why?" I asked "Are you a werewolf before?" I asked. She nodded.

"Well I accepted him to bite me since he was craving for blood. What I didn't knew is that he also transferred some of his blood to me, then...there. I became a half-blood" she explained "I have a sister, though. She's a cold. I don't know why but both of my parents are werewolves and we don't understand why she didn't turn into one" she sighed.

Minutes has passed and the teacher already came in. We sat properly and I looked at the boy who sat on my left. I looked at his eyes.

I guess, students here are mostly vampires.

His eyes were a shade of lime green.

"Okay, class. We have a new student here" she politely greeted "Ms. Jeon, please step in to introduce yourself" she smiled. I walked slowly in front and looked at the class.

I noticed that dome of their eyes are coloured, some are don't. Those whose eyes are not coloured, It means that they're a werewolf or a human. Werewolves eyes change colours when they disguise into a wolf.

"Annyeonghaseyo, Jeon Taeyeon imnida" I bowed and looked at them "I'm 18 years old and...I'm a..cold" I stuttered and they all looked at me "Thank you, Ms. Jeon". They all clapped their hands and I awkwardly sat on my seat again.

The boy who sat beside me earlier was staring at me. In the corner of my eyes, I could see him, though. Staring at me creepily.

The class was just about some introduction in the school, rules and regulations stuff.

Time has passed and the school's bell already rung. I packed up my stuff and went outside with Hyemin "Taeyeon, is it fine with you if I introduce you my friend Sobin and my sister Younmin?" She asked "No. I don't mind at all" I smiled and she jumped in excitement.

We went to the school's cafeteria. It's big to be honest, a lot of people are buying their own food, some are chit chatting and stuff. I sat beside Hyemin and I looked at the two girls across us.

"Guys, this is Jeon Taeyeon" Hyemin started "Taeyeon, this is Kim Sobin" Hyemin pointed at the girl with the dark purple eyes "Hello, Taeyeon!" She cheerfully stick out her hands and I shook hands with her "Hi, Sobin" I smiled back.

"And...this is my sister. Lee Younmin" she pointed at the girl with chocolate brown eyes "Hi, Taeyeon!" She stick out her hand with a bright smile on her face "Hi, Younmin" I smiled back.

"So...are you a werewolf or a vampire?" Sobin asked while eating her french fries "I'm a...cold" I replied awkwardly "Oh. Younmin-ah, both of you are humans. You won't be a lone in the group" Younmin and Sobin chuckled "Taeyeon, I'm just going to buy my food. Aren't you going to eat anything?" Hyemin asked.

"Umm...just get me a sandwich and a fresh milk, that's fine" I replied and she nodded. "Sobin," I called and she smiled "Yes?" "Do you mind? I'm going to ask something" I replied "No. Not at all" she answered.

"...Do you drink human blood?" I asked "Of course" she replied, furrowing her brows "No, I mean. Do you go out every night just to hunt for lost people?" I asked "Sometimes. If I haven't drank a blood the whole day, I'll be craving for some" she replied.

"Taeyeon," Sobin called "You see that boys over there?" Sobin pointed at the table with seven boys, laughing and chatting. "Yeah?" I replied "They're harmful" Sobin's words got shivers down to my spine.

One of the seven boys looked at our direction. Wait. He was in my psychology class a while ago. He's harmful?

"How come?" I asked curiously "One of them named Kim Taehyung almost killed a student" she explained.

Kim Taehyung, I need to beware with you.

"Who's Kim Taehyung in there?" I asked. Sobin looked at their table and pointed the boy with the brown hair and red jacket.

Holy shit. He's Kim Taehyung?

He's in my psychology class. I get to see him everyday "That's Kim Taehyung?" I asked nervously "Mhm" Sobin nodded "But, he's in my psychology class" I replied. She chuckled "Do you have a necklace with crystal blue gem in the middle?" She asked.

I nodded in response, "Wear that everytime he's beside you" Sobin explained "Well, he's my seat mate" I replied. Sobin patted my back and she smiled "Wear it later" she replied.

I looked at their table again. In my eyes, I can tell that he's harmless at all. How come he almost killed a student? He seemed innocent.
