Lucy was betrayed and hurt by her guild after Lisanna, a white-haired takeover Mage came back after he so called death. The truth was Fairy Tail always saw Lucy as weak and just faked treating her like family. They hurt Lucy behind Lisanna's back and one day Lisanna walks in on them hurting Lucy and gets mad at the guild especially Natsu. After Lisanna gets mad at him he loses control and hurts Lucy.
