A very long night had passed. Many different thoughts went through Zoe's head. Slowly, she got out of her comfortable queen size bed. Sleepy eyes. Tangled hair and the tank top wasn't sitting where it should.

Morning coffee, of course, can't be missed. As she drank the coffee, Zoe's phone vibrated.

Ashton: I know you gone through a lot. And I can't say often enough, how sorry I am. I have a suggestion... What do you think about me taking you to our rehearsal? :)

Emotional Chaos. That describes the situation quite well. There are always two sides and the decision is Zoe's.

Zoe: I think I need a little more time, but I would like to be at the rehearsal.

The thing with Ashton was 5 years ago, but is it long enough to forget everything and forgive? Zoe made the appearance of taking a positive direction. Hopefully she stays with the happy feelings.

Zoe walked through the streets of Los Angeles. Every day you could discover something new. The sun was shining on Zoe's face. She was almost not used to it anymore. London was the opposite.

Arriving at the destination, the little coffee shop from yesterday, Ashton stood expectantly by his car. It was vintage. A low-slung Ford. A very nice car.

Ashton had several thoughts running through his head. He had hurt and humiliated her. In retrospect, he would never have done such a thing. No one wishes for something like that. No one wants to go through something like that. Ashton was aware of this and he wants to prove to Zoe that he has changed. Those were his intentions. Will he be able to do it?

"Hi Zoe. How are you?" asked Ashton, opening the passenger door of the beautiful car. "I'm fine, thank you." smiled Zoe slightly. "I'm glad you're coming."

The two drove in silence to the studio. There wasn't really anything to talk about. Zoe looked at Ashton from top to bottom. He is still attractive. Zoe thought to herself. And his hands are so big.

Ashton turned left into a side street. In front of the building were many flowers and two palm trees, that made the entrance of the studio clear. It is Zoe's dream to walk into a studio, with the intention that she has fulfilled her dream.

"M'lady." said Ashton and opened the door. "Thank you." Zoe grinned. "Well, let me introduce you to my colleagues."

The two walked into the studio. It was very clean and minimally furnished. You felt comfortable in here. The door opened and there stood three attractive young men.

"Hi Zoe. Ash has already told us everything. I'm Calum." said a dark haired man with a dazzling smile. "We've only heard good things, of course. I'm Luke." a very tall blond introduced himself. "I'm Michael and I'm pleased to meet you." replied someone with slightly longer hair and a cap on. "Well, I'm Zoe and I'm happy to hear you play." laughed Zoe.

Zoe secured a comfortable seat and was ready to let the music flow through her body.

"Ashton... is that the Zoe you were messing with?" whispered Luke. Ashton just nodded silently. The three friends knew what happened back then. Luke only gave a warning look.

The four of them recorded the first song from their new album. Zoe let herself be carried away by it. Actually, it was not her normal taste in music, but she liked the playing of the instruments and the singing together.

The door opened quietly and Luke stopped singing. "Grace?" he asked. "Sorry, I'm late. Please continue." she said softly. Michael started with his guitar and music started to play again. "Hi, I'm Grace. Luke's girlfriend." she whispered in Zoe's direction. "I'm Zoe." she replied softly.

The two girls sat in the chairs and watched 5 Seconds of Summer rehearse. You can hear that there were still a few disagreements. But it wasn't something they couldn't work out, before the release of the album.

"So, you've met Grace now." Luke said after they paused. "You definitely have a very pretty girlfriend there." laughed Zoe. "I hadn't noticed that before." Luke grinned. "Haha. Very funny." said Grace ironically, boxing him softly. Ashton approached the small group. "So, how do you like our music?" Ashton asked, looking at Zoe. "I'm being completely honest. Better than I expected. I would buy your album." answered Zoe truthfully. Ashton couldn't take his eyes off Zoe and really stared at her. "Wow. So beautiful." came out of Ashton's mouth. Everyone looked at him curious. "Um... I think I'll drive Zoe home now." Ashton tried to save himself from the awkward situation.

"Thank you. I hope to see you again soon." said Zoe, waving goodbye to everyone. This had been a very nice experience, one she will not forget.

Out the beautiful front door again and into the gorgeous car. "What do you think of my friends?" asked Ashton, breaking the silence in the car. "They all make a very sympathetic impression. And now, there are four more people that I know here." "I'm glad you enjoyed it and got a glimpse into my life." Zoe smiled in response.

Ashton and Zoe had arrived at their destination. At a white apartment building. "Thank you so much for the lovely day. I hope we do it again." said Zoe with a grin on her lips. "I thought so too." Ashton winked at her, before pulling back out of the street.

It all seems to be forgotten. Will it stay that way or will Zoe get hurt again? Hopefully she knows what she is doing.
