How can I trust my own blood when he was predicted to be a part of my blaming game for the tangling thoughts of a torturing beauty of mind as that one bloody scene of my nightmare slowly dancing,  while it brought me to a sense of a flashback as if it has happened before and for I, myself had them erased from the memory lane. " ~BK

It was dead silence in the waiting room as the band was ready to take off for a night of a rocking show. Bill kept his distance away from Tom as much as possible and it has been hours since he shut his mouth out from all the people. Obviously, everyone was feeling rather odd to see the talkative Bill has sewed his mouth so that he won’t have to speak and weirdly, he just stayed by himself in the far corner of the room, alone, trying to bear with the throbbing headache he had due to the process of throwing away all of those disturbing thoughts playing in his mind.

Georg stared from Bill to Tom, and started to ask and wonder. “Aren’t you gonna say something to him? He’s started acting weird like in every second, already!”

“Bill is on one of his PMS days, just let him be alone and do whatever he wants.” Tom blurted out loud and followed by a laugh.

Bill totally ignored his brother’s stupid joke and he concentrated on practicing his vocals this time by tuning his voice with a higher volume. “It was just a dream, nothing more than that.” At the same time, he kept repeating those lines in his head to let him at ease.

“See, he’s challenging me now. That kid is mental. If something is up, he’ll tell me anyway sooner or later. So, just ignore him.” Tom assured Georg that Bill was just being Bill and later he approached his twin to give a pat on Bill’s shoulder. “Yo brother, keep it down or you might lose your voice tonight.”

“Right, whatever.” He rolled his eyes and before Tom walked away, he sworn his eyes were seeing Tom’s eyes has turned into crimson red in just a blink. “Wait, Tom.” Immediately, Bill pulled Tom by his shirt to get an eye to eye contact with him.

“What’s up?’  With raising a brow, Tom stared back at him looking rather curious.

Bill just sunk himself in Tom’s daze while ignoring his question. Whatever Bill had seen is purely imagination as Tom’s eyes were clearly looking beautifully brownish but something made him wanted to search deep into his twin’s eyes. A force of attraction by an eye contact has been created and it led him to see a vision captured of a bloody reminisce series in the eyes of Tom Kaulitz. As Bill searched deeper, the visions faded away only because Tom has shut his gaze off.

“Bill, you’re scaring me. What’s with the eye stare, bro?” He pulled away and walk to the little kitchen corner.

“Okay, I have to stop imagining things! Oh God, I got a concert to think about!” Bill muttered to himself as he made his way on the dressing table, ready for his make-up session.  “Come on, now Natalie. Work your magic! Cover my dead tired eyes if you please.” Said the glam rock star to his one and only trusted make-up artist.

By dapping up the foundation on his flawless face has made Bill look even more like a porcelain doll and with a thick layer of the eyeliner and eye shadow for his eyes, no doubt Bill was set to rule the glam rock kingdom. All thanks to his personal make-up artist, Bill couldn’t stop admiring himself in the mirror on how dashing he was for that night or on some other rock show nights too.

“Yo, Mr.Vain!” Tom surprised Bill with his sudden presence. “You look like you need something to drink. Here.” A glass of a red wine so as it seems to be, was placed on the dressing table by Tom. “You gotta gulp up before the show if you want your voice to be all good.”

“And why is a red wine should come in handy?” Bill said as he studied the thick water in the glass. “I’m not up for a high night of drunken act, you should know, singing drunkenly in front of a huge crowd wasn’t how I picture my performance for tonight’s concert would be! Ever! So, no thanks.” Bill pushed the glass away to Tom’s hand, resting on the table.

“Oh brother, do you think I’m so stupid for making you drunk on our show? It’s not a red wine, you idiot!” Tom snapped back.

“Then, what is it?”

“It’s Tom Kaulitz’s top secret recipe cocktail! Alcohol-free as you wish! ” Tom grinned. “Just try it! I made this one just for you.”

Bill pulled back the glass to him and he couldn’t just say no to Tom as Tom kept flashing an insisting smile to him. The juice has a weird scent which drives his thirst like hell. Without a moment to waste, Bill placed his lips on the glass tip just to take a one nice sip. As the red liquid touched his taste buds, a taste of relishing thick textured refreshment was all he could describe with what has been running smoothly in his mouth and down his throat. Such a mouth watering sensation on how that one special drink put an impact on him. With no surprise, he ought to keep taking one after another sip of the drink until the glass was clean and spotless empty. Who have a thought that Tom is a master at mixing a sensational cocktail juice!

“Nice, huh? And you’ve finished it up!” The smiley Tom stayed together with his smiles to see his brother gulped it up in one go.

“Yeah, very refreshing and delightful! What’s in it?”

“Oh, told ya it’s a top secret! I can’t reveal my secret, now can’t I?” Tom just winked to his brother and took away the used glass.

“Serious shit, this is like a crappy secret, Tom! And you don’t wanna spill it out? What the hell, I thought you share all of your secrets with me!” Bill was always being emotional when it comes to a sensitive issue concerning his brotherly love bond with Tom.

“Right back at you.” Tom sighed. “I guess, some secrets are meant for only one of us to keep and do I even I bother about that? Certainly no. If you have hidden secrets that you couldn’t tell it to your own soulmate, then you should know, you’re not the only one.” A smirk was followed right after Tom has finished his line. He then, left Bill in his world of wonders.

It wasn’t that he didn’t want to tell Tom all about his weird encounters he had seen and felt, it was just that he wasn’t ready to tell a single soul about it, not even to his other half. He wanted to but he just couldn’t. As the matter of fact, he didn’t even know how to actually describe it best in words as to let other people understand his situation.  So, the best solution was to keep it to oneself until the real truth is finally unveiled. But a strange thought lingered in his mind, scaring him with an assumption that the truth would be ugly because there was a big linkage to where his own brother could be a part of it. “Who’s actually hiding the big secret now?” He made a thought.

All of the sudden, his train of thoughts were abrupt by the effect of the cocktail he had consumed, minutes ago. He couldn’t stop thinking of the pleasure of its unique taste, travelling in his mouth, down to his throat. It was like an irresistible experience of a remedy for a thrilling thirst. Although, the question still remains, “what is concocted in that drink?” It wasn’t like any typical juice you can find in bars or restaurants, the taste was like different. Extraordinary if he could put it in one word. “But why do I have a feeling like I’ve tasted it somewhere before?” He was still in his thinking state while doing his habit on biting his nails.

“Ouch” Out of the reality world, he didn’t realize he was too hard on biting his nails letting it to rip a little of his finger skin and so it bleeds. He moved his attention to the dripping blood, watching it as if it was slowly tempting him to lick it off. That one lick has brought him to a close clue to his question, the same familiar taste that drives his lusting desire of wanting more. He tried to find the missing piece of the puzzle, the game that his twin brother was fooling him around with, by cracking an unspoken truth which put him in disbelief for it couldn’t possibly happen in reality and what more to him , “Was it actually blood?”
