Someone New Elijah Mikaelson

Chapter 8

It's been two weeks since the Mikaelsons left and a week since my brother died. That's right my little brother was dead.

A week after they left Bonnie found the cure but elena knocked me out to stop me from going, she took our brother and got him killed.

Flashback
Elena walked through the door crying with the Salvatores following her, Damon carrying my brother at first I thought he was asleep so I chuckled
"Long day" I asked as Damon sat him on the couch but Stefan looked at me sadness filling his eyes
"What's wrong"
"He's dead rose I'm so so sorry but he's dead" he said
I looked over to Jeremy and rushed to him trying to save him
I looked at elena
"That's the last straw, you knock me out and get him killed"
I shook my head tears rolling down my face
"I'm so done elena do what you want with the house but he deserves to be buried next to your parents and don't think I ever want to talk to you again"

With that I stormed out the house

I knew I was harsh to her but I couldn't help it I was grieving as well.
Right now I was in a hotel in town away from everyone when my phone rang and it was rebekah
"Hey" I said but you could tell i was sad
"What's wrong"
"Nothing now why'd you call"
"It seems my brothers are in a spot of trouble in new Orleans could you please go and help them there in the cemetery"
"Yeah alright I'll be there in two hours"
"Thank you rose"
"Alright bye" with that I hung up

Maybe this was my chance to get out of this stupid town and away from everyone here.
I packed my bags and borrowed a car.
I'd been to new Orleans before a few times so I knew where the cemetery was.

Once I was there I could sense a bunch of witches, klaus Elijah and a wolf.
I got to the tomb where they were and stood outside as I listened in but then klaus said
"Kill her and the baby what should I care"
He went to sped away but I'd pushed him back so he hit the wall in the tomb
"Who did that. I'll kill whoever it was"

I walked in chuckling
"I doubt you'll kill me klaus"
"Rose" I heard a woman say my name from the corner
"Hayley why are you here" I hugged her and saw the witches flinch
"They won't let me leave"
"Is that so" I growled showing my purple eyes.

I looked around to see they all looked a little scared
I smirked
"Now why don't one of you tell me why you have hayley Marshall before I start tearing you all to pieces"
"She's pregnant with klaus' baby" I gasped and looked at her stomach and listened for the heart beat
"And you are" I asked
"Sophie"
"Well Sophie how am I supposed to trust the word of some jumped up witch that is just trying to get the Mikaelsons back into this town because you don't like marcels laws"

Everyone in the room gasped at his name
"You know marcel" Sophie stuttered
I smiled
"Yeah he's an old friend. Now how do you know that this baby is his" I asked
"Don't you think I would have told them that that it wasn't his. I've been here for five days because they think that this is some magical baby that can redeem him" hayley shouted and I smiled at her fiestyness.
"He's a hybrid the child is his he's different the wolf side of him let this happen"
I gasped
"Oh god please tell me you two didn't do it while in wolfie mode"
Elijah chuckled and klaus glared at me and said "no we didn't not that it's any of your business"

"I don't know whether I believe you but i do know that this woman is someone I will protect so you are going to let her go" I said taking hayleys arm
"Yeah I don't think so" Sophie said walking forward holding her hand up no doubt trying to give me a witch headache
I rolled my eyes and held my hand open as my magic flowed to it creating a blue ball
Sophie gasped
"Your a muraka"
"Yes I am"
"What's a muraka" asked one of her sidekicks
"They were the witches who controlled all power no matter where they were they had there power. It cannot be taken away from them and is so powerful that normal magic doesn't hurt them, but all the muraka are supposed to be dead"

I Sighed
"The rest are dead, but I'm the last and the most powerful. And also your worst nightmare if you don't let me take her and the boys"
"I can't our elder wants her"
"I don't care, I will be leaving with her and I'd like to see you try and stop me"

All the other witches circled us and I rolled my eyes again I gave hayley to Elijah and darted over to a witch ripping her throat out
"Now anybody else want to mess with a hybrid"
They all backed away I went and stood in front of Sophie
"I'm gonna be here for a long time, so next time you pick a fight with my boys remember that I will come after you and you may not make it out alive"

Turned and grabbed hayley and took her to my car with the boys following behind me. I needed to see of this baby was klaus' and I knew how to do that.

"Where are you staying" I said though my gritted teeth, I was controlling my anger
"There's an old mayors house do you know where it is" klaus asked
"Yes"

I drove in silence, they all know not to talk when I got like this, I was thinking about elena, she'd turned her humanity off when I left and i felt responsible for her still but them I looked at hayley she had a hand on her stomach and I knew right here and right now that I would protect her and the baby even if it was klaus'
