Chapter 65: A Heroes Celebration

Heidi's POV

It has been a week since the events with Chris and everything has gone back to normal, but tonight is a celebration for all of us that helped defect Chris and his armies, and I have a special surprise for Harry. I peek out a closed curtain to see Carlos and Jay finishing up my surprise. I almost forgot to tell you that Harry and I are now official married, it was a few nights ago at one in the morning when the two of us were going to bed when Harry took my hand and said let's get married, so we found a 24-hour pastor to come to the bedroom. The pastor arrived and asked us a ton of questions to make sure that we really wanted to do this, to make sure we weren't drunk. We had one or two witnesses, we got married right then and there in Harry's dorm room, and I couldn't be happier about the wedding we had. "Ally, have you seen Heidi? I can't find her anywhere." I hear Harry ask in a panic ton, Ally laughs before answering him, "Harry she is okay, she has something to do before she got here." I see look at my out of the corner of her eye. "That makes me feel a little bit better." Ally turns Harry around as Ben walks out onto the stage, "I would to thank everyone for everything that they did for Auradon, and that is a debut that I will never be able to repay in any life time." Everyone bows to Ben, "And with that said I would like everyone to give a warm welcome to official welcome the newest member of Auradon Prep, give it up for Shay." The curtain opens all the way and Shay makes her way to the middle to the stage where a mic is.

Shay: Some people long for a life that is simple and planned. Tied with a ribbon. Some people won't sail the sea 'cause they're safer on land. To follow what's written. But I'd follow you to the great unknown. {I step onto the stage wearing a short glitter blue dress, and a pair of blue high heels. I look at Harry.} Off to a world we call our own. {I blow him a kiss.} Hand in my hand and we promised to never let go. {I jump onto the tightrope that Jay and Carols put up for me} We're walking the tightrope. {I of course land perfectly on the rope.} High in the sky. {I jump high in the sky twirling around.} We can see the whole world down below. {I falls onto the rope and swinging around once bringing myself back up right.} We're walking the tightrope. {I starts walking perfectly across the rope looking down at all my friends.} Never sure, never know how far we could fall. {I turns her back to everyone.} But it's all an adventure. {I falls backwards} That comes with a breathtaking view. {I catch myself by my leg and smiles down at Harry.} Walking the tightrope. {I flips myself back up to my feet taking a deep breath.} With you, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh. {Everyone starts clapping for Shay and I.} With you, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh. With you. {I see Shay smile up at me.} Mountains and valleys, and all that will come in between. {I twirls like a dancer on the rope.} Desert and ocean. {I suddenly drop doing the splits on the rope.} You pulled me in and together we're lost in a dream. {I leans back swinging my legs around myself bringing me back to my feet.} Always in motion. {I front flips landing perfectly.} So I risk it all just to be with you. {I front flips again landing on my feet like it is nothing.} And I risk it all for this life we choose. {I takes a deep breath before preforming a back flip and landing on my hands doing a prefect hand stand.} Hand in my hand and you promised to never let go. {I walk the rope on my hands, and I see Shay stare at me in amazement.} We're walking the tightrope. {I take one of my hands off the rope for a second and balances on the rope with just one hand.} High in the sky. {I place my hand back on the rope as I walk further down the rope.} We can see the whole world down below. {I move my hands and do a cart wheel.} We're walking the tightrope. {I stand back on my feet with my back to everyone again.} Never sure, will you catch me if I should fall? {I fall backwards again only this time I actually fall.} Well, it's all an adventure. {Harry quickly opens his arms just in time to catch me.} That comes with a breathtaking view. {Harry spins me around with a look of anger on his face.} Walking the tightrope. {Harry places me safely on the ground.} With you, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh. {I wrap my arms around his neck and whispers something in his ear.} With you, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh. {Harry closes his eyes and place his hands on my waist as the two of us began to dance with one another.} With you. {Harry spins me gracefully as everyone makes a large circle around them.} With you, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh. {Harry dips me placing a kiss on her lips, and I wastes no time in returning the kiss.} With you, ooh-ooh-ooh. {Harry and I separate from each other with us standing across from each other.} With you. {Harry takes off his hat and places one of his hands behind him and the other to his chest bowing to me and I lowers myself a little bowing back to him.}

After Shay's singing and my performance the party is going off with any trouble. I walk up to Ella and my brother who happily smiles at me, "Nice to see you kept your hair half blue and half red." Ella reaches up and gently runs her hand through it, "I love it, and I think it makes my look hot." I start laughing as Hadie's face gets red, "So are you still Hadie back to Arendelle to meet your family on school break?" Ella nods her head in excitement, but the look on my brothers face says he is going to barf. "Well I wish you two luck." Hadie just rolls his eyes, "I am going to need all the luck I can get." Ella smacks Hadie in the chest as the two walk off. I sigh looking around to see everyone happy and content. I walk over to the table that is filled with different drinks from different kingdoms and I start admiring the ice sculptures that are placed nicely around the tables, I suddenly find myself thinking about Sienna and how she never got her happy ending. Suddenly my head starts pounding and I feel Harry grip my waist, "You okay love?" I rest my head against his chest for a second, "Yeah, actually I have been here for a couple hours so I am going to go back to the room and relive the babysitter, she shouldn't be spending her first day in Auradon trapped in a dorm room with a baby." Harry looks at me with concern filling his eyes, "I can go back with you." I shake my head at him, "You stay and enjoy the party." Harry sighs deeply and kisses my lips, "I swear I won't be here much longer." I kiss his back smiling at him, "I will see when you get to the room." Harry kisses me one last time before I leave the party and head back to the dorm room hoping to ease this massive headache.
