I absolutely love the title of this story. I got it from "NOTICE ME SEMPAI" but it was really when i was reading a Gerita. In the story Germany was freaking the fuck out on how to confess to Italy. He was like saying in his head something like "Hey Italy, do you like me. Cuz ive like you for a while now. LOVE ME!!!!!". Then someone put that sempai thing in the comments. Then, TA-DA inspiration. So yeah. Well anyway, hope you guy like the story
