ARTICLE: 아몬드 S.A.F.E Ent.'s New Group?

               아몬드, or Almond might be the first group from this very new company. S.A.F.E Ent. came on to the scene in May 2018 and the group is expected to debut as soon as June. The company has two CEO's, Lee Min Joo, (better known by her stage name Pop) and Park Hyun Joo (known as JellyFish to most), they were both in the group GAM3 and are well beloved by Kpop fans of the early 2000's. "We are very happy with our new trainee's progress and hope that their efforts will be recognized" CEO Park Hyun Joo said in a statement last Friday. During an interview with us at Seoul-Idols Today, CEO Lee Min Joo revealed that it was a four member group of mixed gender. When asked whether the group had any well known idols, Lee had an empathetic response.

            "No, there are not veteran idols in this group, which is a risk I - we know that, but it's a risk we are willing to take if it means that we can help these young trainee's reach their dreams in a safe space." Unfortunately, Park Hyun Joo was unable to join us for the majority of the interview, although she did answer one of my burning questions.
          "Why Almond? Well honestly I really believed I'd have a bit more time to think about it, but really it boils down to this; I like almonds, it was one of my ideas for a stage name once, and I also like creative fandom names." These are, what I would certainly call two great quotes from two amazing artists.
         The stage names of these mysterious trainee's have also been released. The members of Almond are as follows, Jun (vocals), Ash (vocals), Pheonix, (lead rapper), and JADE (secondary rapper). The companies instagram (@safeinseoul) already has a few concept photo's as well as promise for individual v lives.
