Minah delicately checks her face into the camera lens to ascertain if she is being recorded. "Hi!" She scoops up her ramen and indulges into the warm delight of her soup. "I guess I could say I'm recording a cup noodle mukbang live." Nervously laughing, she pulls her MacBook closer to her and squints to read the comments. Minah-noona, before you became a trainee, what would you usually do in free time?
"Ah-" Minah laughs again, a relief in her voice as she calmly speaks trying to cover up her earlier mistake. "I'm just your average teenager who lies on the couch and watches Youtube all day in my sweatpants. I don't do much." She briefly pauses. "I'm letting my lazy side show again, aren't I? Well, I also practice aegyo when I'm home alone, and as weird as that sounds, I hope I'm not the only one!" She pulls out her spoon and allows some of the noodles to splash back into her soup before lifting it up to her mouth. I thought I was the only one who does aegyo by myself home alone!
"Ahh, phew," Minah pretends to wipe imaginary sweat off her forehead as she beams at the camera. S.A.F.E. just recently uploaded a small clip of you dancing as part of a teaser for your debut. You dance so well! How did you learn?
"Aw, thank you! I haven't actually been dancing for a while compared to Soon Jae-ah and Junsu-ah, but I first realized I had an interest in dancing after watching Beyonce's music videos. I don't exactly remember how old I was, maybe thirteen? From then on, I tried to self-teach myself with dance tutorials, but obviously, that never worked out. So I convinced my parents to let me take dance classes- and oh boy, let me just say that took a lot of persuading." She smiled at the thought of her past memories. "When I first asked them, they became furious and went on a rant about how I should focus on my education, and dancing will get me nowhere in life since according to my parents, I'm supposed to be a doctor, nurse, engineer, or lawyer when I grow up. As you can see, I never became any of those. Instead, I am doing something I actually enjoy and have a passion for : rapping, composing, and dancing. And I love it!" 你好！我听说你会说中文，所以你现在可以说中文吗？对不起，我不会说英语还是朝鲜语。(Hello! I heard you can speak Mandarin, so is it okay if you speak mandarin now? I am sorry. I cannot speak English nor Korean.)
"当然！我爱你！(Of course! I love you!)" As she finger hearts her fans, Lee Min Joo, one of the CEOs, opens the door. "Minah-dongsaeng?" Alarmed, Minah accidentally strikes her hand across her unfinished ramen noodle cup, causing the soup to spill all over the table, dampening her MacBook and her pants. She gasps as she looks down and up back at her MacBook. "Min Joo-sunbaenim?" Minah twists her body around and glances at Min Joo.
"Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry to scare you! Your members called for you to discuss more about the inspiration behind the album and the songs. I'll clean the mess by the way."
"It's okay, and thank you! Gah-" Mortified, Minah runs out of the room, her pants soaked with ramen noodle soup.
Min Joo exits the room with a sigh and comes back with a roll of paper towels, ripping huge pieces apart and soaking the soup up. She peers at the camera, noticing the red light twinkling at her. The live was still on. Welp, there was going to be a lot of new Kpop memes in the next 48 hours.
"Looks like Minah-dongsaeng forgot to close it," Min Joo muttered under her breath and grabbed the camera, shining it at her face. "Hey everyone! Phoneix forgot to end the live." Min Joo giggled. "Anyways, she will be back with you next time! I love you all, and thanks for supporting us and ALMOND!" She winks at the camera. "Oh, and a little spoiler... J.A.D.E will be telling you the official fandom name in her next live!" The camera goes dark, leaving the fans to freak out on their various social media accounts.
