I started to gather the misalanieous things, Reyna left around the Senate House and turn around to see...Nico? "Octovian. What are you doing?" he asked. I smirked at his confused face and I asnswer smoothly, "Cleaning up the Senate House. What does it look like I'm doing?" Nico's face was priceless! He looked genreally shocked! "Shouldn't you be slaughtering Beanie Babies?" he wondered. I nodded.
"Then go. I'll clean this up. Maybe you can see where Percy is through the will of the gods." He said. I nodded the went down the path and up the hill to the temple of Jupiter Optimus Maximus. I grabbed a pillow case full of stuffed animals and went into the temple. As I started my prayer I started to wonder about things.
People said I was jealous of Percy which I was a bit. I mean I've been at camp for seven years and then he comes and steals the praetorship from me! Sure I was blackmailing people into voting me for praetor but that doesn't mean I'm all bad. And just because I was sneaky and didn't tell Reyna that I had saw Jason and his gracus friends at that gracus camp while searching the will of the gods back in September.
"Jupiter Optimus Maximus show me your will!" I praised to the great god.
That scumbag comes in and finds the legions lost standard. He steals the glory and then is made praetor. He's so secertive as well! Now he's gone and I'm forced to look for him. Both of our praetors are at that Greek camp looking for him. Not to mention that Reyna not only made Zhang praetor, but she also left the entire camp in the hands of a Pluto child.
I was so lost in my thoughts that I didn't notice the image of a battle raging in front of me.
