EPILOGUE

It takes me 1000 years before I come across his scent again, and when I do, it is because he is on his way to Forks.

I know my family goes back to Forks every few hundred years, so I expect them to be in either Mystic Falls or New Orleans, but they are at home, in Forks.

"Alexa?" Elijah asks.

"Hey, baby bro. " I smile and hug him.

"Naomi, Klaus, Rebekah, Kol, Finn, come here. " Elijah yells.

They all appear before me and I hug them.

"He is coming here." I tell them excited.

"Who?" Klaus asks as a teenage girl comes out.

"Hello, I take it from all of the shouting that you are my Aunt Alexa. " she says.

"Charlotte." I stare at the beautiful girl in front of me as the door bell rings. I smile and step aside as Klaus opens the door.

"Delivery for Charlotte Michaelson. " a man says. Then a bunch of men pour past Klaus and set hundreds of boxes down in the foyer.

I shrug when they look at me.

"I sent most of this stuff a few years ago, thinking by the time it got here, it would just be getting here." I flare at the men who wince. Then I smell it. My mate.

I dart past the men and follow the scent to a clearing where my mate stands with the Volturi. Across from the girl I had Naomi curse 1000 years ago.

The girl and Edward stand next to an immortal child. I bite my wrist and the child jumps at me.

"Immortal children don't deserve to be alive." I tell them before I kill the immortal child. Isabella, the girl screams. And I kill her too. Calling with Edward. Then I go to my mate,branding very close to him.

"I have waited a thousand years for you." He says.

"I have waited far longer than that for you." I whisper to him as he links our fingers.

I look at Aro.

"Please." I whisper. He sighs and nods.

"Anybody who wants to stay, may stay. Those who want to leave, please leave. " Aro says as my mate kisses me.

"I am Alexa Michaelson. Who are you?" I ask him.

"Alec Volturi. " he whispers before he kisses me.

And we continued blissfully into this small but perfect piece of our forever.
