When you're in love, that means you're ready to become a fool

----

I've heard so much from my friends that being in love sucks. I never really experience it. I never date someone, I never have a crush on someone. Find someone attractive? Sure, but I have zero interest on romantic relationships. Yep. I'm an aromantic.

By the way, I've also watched enough movies to conclude being in love is a pain in the ass. Girls go crying. Boys have no clue what to do. But they always get their good ending, at least. Unlike in real life, where people usually can get good or bad ending, it depends on which side are you. If you're the one who wants it to one, then you get your good ending. If you're the opposite, then sorry, you're having bad ending.

It's all the matter of perspective.

My friends usually go to me after a break up, either crying or laughing. Either saying "BEING IN LOVE SUCKS" or "BEING IN A RELATIONSHIP SUCKED". I'm there only to give my most rational, logic-based suggestions and only there to be said "You haven't even experience one, so you don't know and you better shut the hell up and just listen to my damn rant".

Yeah, they're my friends. All so wild--actually including me, I'm also wild. But in love cases, they're extra-wild.

Why are you all coming to me when you've already known that I haven't experience 'love' and expect me to give you a 'fitting' solution to what you want? Go find other person, then.

I have myself enlightened when I was in my shower. I was running myself a hot shower, because it's been a long, tiring day and I deserve my break. Then it came to my thought that it wasn't love that suck.

It's the people.

I mean, you can blame love all you want, but at the end, the people are all that matters. Being in love won't suck if people aren't assholes. And if people keep their expectation low, the break-up at least won't be really hurt.

So, being in love means you're ready to become a fool. And when you're back to normal, that foolishness you blame on, just make you look even more stupid.

That covers all I want to say.

Are you agree with me?

P. S. : I'm not even real, I'm just a dummy used by the author to rant. And the author isn't an aromantic. The dummy is.
