Golden Age of Piracy - Caribbean 18th Century
"Kullen, aim for the sails!" a female voice shouted. "Skully, snipe their gunners!"
The captain of the Destroyer barked orders at her crew, crimson sails pushed the ship forward with the wind, the symbol of a pirate flapped at the top of the sail, signalling all the Royal Navy ships in the area that if they were to cross hem, they'd be in mighty trouble.
"Aye Captain!" the crew acknowledged.
The Destroyer's captain, Maggie Firewalker, dawned a black trench coat, and tight fitting corset with a knee length skirt who's colour matched the Destroyer's sails, with a matching black belt around her waits and knee high leather boots, and a grey sailors hat with a white feather upon her head. She could feel the cold wings breeze against her skin, and the mist of the waves of water splashing just mere centimeters from her face, the whiff of gunpowder filling her nose.
She watched as her crew scattered to their position, majority firing the cannons on the starboard's side of the ship towards their target of attack, a Dreadnought. A slim white male, sporting a blue vest with a white shirt underneath and shredded black pants took aim at the enemy ship's sails, knocking out one of the masts as the ship began to slow its pace.
"Nice shot, Kullen, keep at it!" Maggie exclaimed with a smirk.
A muscular tanned skin male raced passed the woman behind her, a musket in hand as he readied his weapon and took aim at the Naval Soldiers manning their cannons. One by one their bodies dropped as the pirates advantage to overtake their enemies grew larger.
"Gunners are down, Captain!" Skully called, glancing over at the female, "Should I take out their Captain as well?"
"Hold your fire," she ordered. "Where's the fun in taking him now?"
"You're just saying that cause you want the glory of killing him first, don't you?" Skully jabbed with a tease.
Maggie smiled playfully in return, "You know me all too well,"
"Then what are you waiting for?" He exclaimed impatiently, stepping closer to her, "An invitation?"
"For the right moment, lad," Maggie glanced over to see Kullen and a few members of the crew aim and fired a series of chain cannons. They impacted the enemy ship, the balls of iron penetrating the ship and a pair of them smashing through the remaining mast. She watched as the remaining sails tumbled down, falling to the side and plunging into the sea.
It was as if the light of GOD shined down upon the ship, begging Maggie to loot it once and for all. "Lads, prepare the grappling hooks," she bellowed while dramatically spinning the ships steering wheel towards the Dreadnought. "We're coming aboard!"
"Finally!" Skully cheered as he raised his weapon in the air, his muscles glistening in the sun with his sweat.
Grappling hooks soared through the air, attaching themselves to the broken down Navy Ship once the Destroyer was close enough. At the exact moment the ship was steady and within jumping distance, Maggie stepped away from the wheel, drawing out her cutlass and raised it toward the Dreadnought. "CHARGE!"
