Tao wasn't sure if what her father said was true, until two days after she left.

While Raindrop was doing a good job at being the chief, Tao was waiting for this 'fairy friend' to arrive. When two days passed Tao decided to go to the prophecy cave to read some of the other prophecies on the walls. Sure she could help her mother with the town, but Tao was waiting for this fairy person to arrive.

As she was wandering through the woods on her way to the prophecy cave she started to think. Cassie Rose? What kind of fairy name is that? Aren't they supposed to be named after bugs? I would understand if her name was just Rose, but Cassie Rose? Was she adopted by humans? Or is she some sort of special fairy? This doesn't make sense... whats that!

Tao was just about at the prophecy cave when she saw a white dragon land on that little hill. She stopped in her tracks and stayed dead quiet, observing the magnificent dragon. They have... feathers? They're an Aether! I'd never thought I would live to see one of them! Wow, they're beautiful... I wonder if it's a she...

The Aether dragon shook itself as if it was a wet dog, and their feathers poofed out before going back to their sleek position. I guess the scrolls were right, Aethers are like birds!

The Aether looked up at the sky and started to speak to it. "Are you sure you want me down here? I helped those kids out of the inferno, what else do you want me to do?" The Aether sounded like a teenager, possibly six or seven in dragon years. The Aether also had a male voice, and Tao lost attraction instantly. But Tao was also curious because she's never seen a male dragon before.

The sky flashed a few times as if it was talking back, then the dragon rolled his eyes and snarled. "Well Notch, if you're going to have me be part of a prophecy then no thank you! I'd rather be a Forest Dweller than be in this dumb prophecy!" That's when Tao noticed the dragon has a little bracelet like object on one of his back horns.

When the bracelet started to glow, Tao, ducked behind a tree to hide, and when she came out the Aether was gone! But he was replaced with a white Forest Dweller. "Much better," he said, "I like this form! I especially like the little Yin Yang symbols on me... nice touch Notch."

The dragon lifted his wings and he was right, there was, in fact, a giant Yin Yang symbol on the underside of his wing. There where also a bunch of little ones that started at his neck and went all the way to his tail. But Tao also noticed he had one deformed left claw. It was as if he had three toes. The only way Tao could describe it was that three of his claws (or three fingers for a human) were mushed together, and all he had left was his back claw (thumb) and small claw (pinky).

Once more the sky flashed and it suddenly stopped, and the Aether/Forest Dweller started to panic. "Wait! Notch come back! I'll be good I promise! Just don't leave me down here! Notch!"

After a few minutes of this male dragon begging for God to come back, he calmed down and realized that Tao was watching. Instead of fleeing or saying hello he just stared at her. Until he finally said, "Hello... uh... what tribe are you exactly?"

"I'm a Rouge," Tao responded.

The other dragon tilted his head to one side. "Uh... a what? Last time I checked there wasn't a 'Rouge Dragon' tribe."

"We're female Scholar Dragons, but we renamed ourselves," Tao explained.

"Oh! You're one of those! See in heaven some of the Aethers just call you 'Feminist Dragons'. I mean what? I'm not from heaven! I have no idea what I just said there!"
