Lukas didn't know what to even think anymore. How could Radar trust werewolves? Not only that but become their allies and let them stay here! But all that didn't matter now, because Lukas was already back in his office and was waiting for Radar to bring the Werewolf leaders.

"Are you sure about this Lukas? Think about the people, that's your job anyway!" Petra argued.

"I know what I'm doing Petra. You said it yourself, Ein chased these werewolves out and Radar didn't know what to do. We'll settle this." Lukas reassured her, though it was more like reassuring himself.

When a knock on the door came the two went silent. "Enter," Lukas said.

The doors opened and two werewolves walked in before the doors closed again. One was a male who had white hair (and white wolf ears), and he was wearing some sort of purple coat. The other was a female with blue hair (black wolf ears) and had on a black and red dress.

Petra stared at the two for a moment the picked up her rifle (who she found in the wagon) and hissed at them. "Radar said there was three of you. Where's the third one!"

"Otto?" Asked the white werewolf. "He... went behind our backs. We couldn't kill him, but he has no power anymore. Just me and Mevia."

"So you must be Hadrian then. Please sit." Lukas offered.

The two werewolves gave a suspicious glace to one another, then sitting in the chairs on their side of Lukas' desk. "Why did you summon us here? Where's Mayor Radar?" Hadrian asked.

"Radar is not the mayor!" Petra barked. "Lukas is!"

"It's true, I am the true mayor. Radar only took my place for a short period of time. But now that I'm back we have much to discuss. For example: What did you and Radar agree to?"

"Mayor Radar let our pack stay here after some insane dragons, BURNED DOWN OUR HOME!" Mevia barked.

"What Mevia is trying to say, is that Radar has been generous enough to let us stay here with all these... humans. But what we want to know is why dragons tried to attack our village in the first place. The sooner we find out the why the sooner we can calm down our werewolves." Hadrian explained.

Lukas turned his gaze to Petra who lowered her rifle to tell them the news. "Ein," Petra started, "he's the new 'king' of the werewolves. He said that he sent the dragons to 'fetch' you all but I think we're all smart enough to know what he really meant."

In a huff of rage, Hadrian slammed his hands onto the desk and stood up. "That deceiving little dragon lover!"

"We have to fight back!" Mevia growled. She didn't want Ein to be king just as much as everyone else.

"For once, I agree," Petra mumbled. "I shot him though. You're all fine."

"Are you even sure you hit him Petra? You said it yourself, you're not good with a handgun." Lukas pointed out.

"If Dan said Ein is dead, then he's dead," Petra argued.

Lukas merely sighed and waited for Hadrian to relax and sit back down in his chair. "Much better," he said. "Now I believe we've come to a decision Alpha Werewolf. Don't you agree?"

But Hadrian knew this game Lukas was trying to play. "What are your terms, Human Mayor?"

"It's nothing much. Just a few small requests." Lukas said. He pulled a small notepad out of his pocket and slid it across the desk to Hadrian who took the pad eagerly and flipped through the requests with Mevia.

"First," Lukas said. "There is to be no attacking humans, or any creature that's smarter than a wild animal."

The two werewolves nodded and flipped to the next page. "Second, you will only hunt a certain amount of wild animals per week. No hunting barnyard animals, or digging up graves."

The werewolves nodded once more and flipped again. "Finally, all werewolves will have to listen to the werewolves who inhabit this place. Stacy and Dan are their names. You two can still be 'alphas' but you have to discuss any werewolf plans with them first."

"Anything else?" Hadrian asked.

"Send at least one werewolf out per week to search for a new home for you all. And don't terrorize anything or anyone while you're here." Petra jumped in. "No funny business!"

"You got yourself a deal, Mister Lukas," Hadrian said.

The Alpha Werewolf and the Mayor stood up and stood hands. Even Petra and Mevia exchanged a slight nod, being the 'second in commands' of their towns/people.

Lukas couldn't help but smile over the agreement he just made. An agreement which no one thought was even possible, and he was proud. "We're allies, at least for now. So let me be the first one to say: Welcome to New Growler."
