'I must have fallen asleep after he left', you thought. You sat up in your bed to see Sebastian cooking something in the small kitchen. By the smell of it, it was eggs. He must have sensed you were awake, because he turned around to greet you. "Good morning, mi'lady, did you sleep well?", he asked cheerfully.
"Umm, yeah, and by the way, you can just call me (y/n)", you answered. You almost had forgotten he was a demon. He looked so different in his human form.
Sebastian brought you the eggs while you were still in bed. You thanked him as he walked a few feet away. Lucifer joined you and greeted you with a chirp. After a few few minutes Lucifer walked over to Sebastian and studied him. The cat was usually suspicious of new people. Sebastian held out a hand and started genitally petting the cat. To your suprise Lucifer didn't mind.
"Do you have a way with cats?" you asked.
"I would like to say I do" Sebastian answered. "I just love the fragile creatures. They are much better compared to the ones in the underworld."
You chuckled a bit.
After you finished breakfast, you walked to the bathroom to get washed up. Before you closed the door though Sebastian asked, "is there anything else I could do for you at this time miss (y/n)?"
"Nope, you are on your break!" you answered.
'Very well"
You couldn't help but feel the slightest bit uncomfortable.
When you finished, you walked out to see Sebastian cuddling with you cat. You found it a bit cute. Sebastian stood and started walking towards you, he looked serious and quite professional. "I think I may have found a job that will suit you well, but we should leave now" he said. You didnt have time to respond because he dragged you out the door in seconds.
"So, where are we going?" you asked.
"Why, to you new job, of course"
"But... What is it?"
"You'll see"
You let out a sigh. Sebastian heard and gave a small smirk. You didnt see though since he was leading you.
"By the way, while you're gone I would like to pick up a few thing at the market if that is okay with you" he said
"It's fine, but why do you want to?"
"The food that is in your refrigerator right now is not exactly healthy for a young woman like youself"
You rolled your eyes a slight bit.
Finally, after what felt like hours of walking, you two arrived. To your surprise it was a well paying animal shelter that was looking for new employees. You looked at Sebastian and asked, "how did you get a low class idiot like me into this!?"
All Sebastian did was wink at you. Then, walk away in perfect posture.
