Chapter 1

Today was my first day starting a new school. I was going to be horribly late. I kept on stressing, running around my bedroom looking for my make up bag.

"MOM! HAVE YOU SEEN MY MAKE UP BAG?!" I screamed.

"NO HUNNY!" this was no good. I quickly ran into my sister Laianna's room. I peeped round the door to make sure she was asleep. Slowly I tip toed in her room and grabbed her make up bag then sprinted out her room, making sure I shut the door afterwards.

Ding. Ding. Ding.

I walked over to my phone which was going of.

'Hey Danny, I really miss you being here, when can you come back down - Tommy x x x' Tommy was my boyfriend in Cali.

Oh I miss him dearly.

'OH MY GOD, TFIOS IS GETTING TURNT INTO A MOVIE, PLEASE COME DOWN WHEN IT COMES OUT - Immy x'

Oh my god, I texted back Tommy first. 'Tommy I miss you too, I'll be down soon - Danielle Rose'

'Oh my god, I will trust me! - Danielle Rose'

I curled the bottoms of my hair and applied a little make-up. "Now Danielle, pick something nice, you wanna look good for your first day at school..."

Normally I wear trousers and baggy shirts, but I decided to wear a pair of high waisted denim shorts and a white crop top. Slipping on my white converses my phone went of again.

'@TaliaBurvo_56 - So bored...Someone come entertain me!'

I slipped my iPhone 5c in my pocket, grabbed my bag and ran out the door, not saying goodbye to my family.

The bus came spinning round the corner, why was I thinking that today was going to go bad.

"Who's that?"

"Is she new?"

"Oh my god she's beautiful.." I turned to my side to see everyone staring. This was going to be an awkward bus journey.

Suddenly, I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turned around and saw two girls staring at me.

"Hi I'm Melanie and this is Jamie.."

"I'm Danielle Rose" I replied.

Why were these girls so nice to me. "We just thought you looked really pretty and nice and was wondering if you would want to hang with us later after school, there's a soccer game and Jamie's boyfriends playing!"

First day of school and I've already been invited out. SCORE!.

"Yeah sure!" I turned back around and plugged my headphones in and listened to Problem - Ariana Grande ft. Iggy Azalea.

After about 15 minutes, everyone started running of the bus. This was it, my first day at Fay Gate High....

"Danielle, you stick with us!" Melanie and Jamie grabbed either side of my arms as we got of the bus.

"Thanks girls, your the cutest and best friends a girl could want!" I squealed.

As we got into the school hallways a couple of girls walked past and us and laughed. I was starting to think that these girls weren't that popular.

"What classes are you girls in?"

"Me and Jamie have the same schedule, First is form time, then English, break, double maths and then there's obviously lunch, then finishing with double P.E!"

I looked down at my schedule and compared it to Melanie and Jamies.

"All the same classes but we have different math classes!" I said.

I walked over to my locker and felt a couple of eyes on me. Turning around I saw 4 boys checking me out, I laughed then walked to my form with Melanie and Jamie.

School went good I guess, I made a whole bunch of new friends and I've been decided to try out for the head cheerleader roll, seeing as the last one Broke her leg and can't cheer lead anymore.

"Melanie, Jamie!" I shouted as I caught up with them.

"Hey girl, sorry we couldn't make it to P.E, Jamie twisted her ankle but she's fine now!"

"No it was fine, I made a couple of new friends, so where are we going now?!" It was currently 4pm as I already texted my mom as she said it was fine!

"Jamie's boyfriends playing in a soccer match, so that's where we are going, to the soccer fields we go!"

When we reached the soccer field, no boys were on the pitch yet, we just sat and waited.

"Here they come!" Jamie squealed.

I looked up of my phone and saw the most cutest people in the world run out of the red doors.

I felt my mouth drop open. "Danielle are you okay?" I felt Melanie nudge me. "Yeah, I just had a text from my mom, I got to go, see you tomorrow!" and with that I walked away and not looking back.

Danielle stop thinking there cute!

No there not, you have a boyfriend Danielle!

I was seriously in love with the whole group of boys!

Was that bad!

I started giggling to myself on the bus.

'Midnight Memories, oh oh oh oh everywhere we go never sa...'

I answered the phone to my mom at the the other end of the line. "Danielle, how was your first day at a new school?!"

"It was good mom, how was your day at the dentist?" i giggled.

"It was.... sore.. now when you get home, I need you to visit our neighbours, just to be kind!"

"What mom, come on, why can't you do it?!" I practically screamed, causing a couple of stares.

"No, plus I've heard they have a kid your age" my eyes widened.

Hmm.. maybe I should go over there, make new friends!

"Okay mom, I'm just getting of the bus see ya!" I ended the call then literally jumped of the bus and ran inside to get dressed.

I picked out a tight back midi dress and my black vans, re-applied my make-up then left to meet my new neighbors.
