Chapter seven- childhood memories

Jeff's points of view

I was chilling in my old bedroom until my eyes caught some old family pictures so I walked up to them and picked one up "ah..the good old days" I muttered to myself while I held the picture of me and Liu with and arm around each shoulder, smiling and behind us we're our mom and dad, smiling and hugging each other.

I found myself crying a little at the thought of what life would have been like if I hadn't become a serial killer "I miss them too" I heard a voice said from behind and I turned to see Liu.

"It wasn't your fault it's Slender Man's" I sat ok the bed and Liu sat next to me, putting a hand in my shoulder "don't worry if Slender Man finds us we can take him down" Liu reassured "but we're humans and Slender Man is a powerful entity how in earth could we possibly take him down?"

"you know what I realized? How the hell did bleach, fire and alcohol then my skin white? The same goes with Jane" i pointed out "I dunno bro maybe it was Slender Man's magic?" Liu guessed, I shrugged but changed the subject "where's Jane?" I asked, realizing that she wasn't in the house.

"I think she's gone to the cemetery where her parents we're buried" Liu informed "do to think we should go and mourn with her?" I asked, making Liu nod.

~ time skip ~

We got to the cemetery where we saw Jane crying in front of two grave stones "Jane!" We both called as we ran towards my best friend and Liu's girlfriend, she turned and ran into Liu's arms and I found myself hugging her tightly "shh, it's okay, it's okay I'm sorry...so...so sorry" I whisper comforted her.

I then went in front of the tomb stones and have a speech one would give at a funeral.

"We are gathered here today to mourn the loss of Mr and Mrs Arkinsaw, they we're kind, loving and good parents and I hope that the kingdom of God can take care of them, although I may not know them and I may be the cause of their deaths but I regret it, and when they go up to see god..He laid his hands in their heads..before they left this place"

Needless to say, Jane was touched by my speech and hugged me tightly, burying her head in my chest "I'm sorry Jane...I miss my parents too" I whispered in comfort.

When we got back Jane went into her room while Liu and I sat down and watched a movie "that was really nice, you being nice to Jane like that, I think your killer side is disappearing" I chuckled at what Liu had said.

A few minutes later Jane came and sat with us "hey Janie feeling any better?" Liu asked as Jane sat in the middle of us "y-yeah I just needed a good cry that's all" Liu pulled Jane close and held her while I patted her shoulder "hey don't worry about it just enjoy the movie"

Meanwhile outside

Me, Masky, Hoody and Toby all crouched behind a bush outside of Jeff and Liu's house "Okay guys when I give the signal we break in and attack" I whispered, making the three proxies his in agreement.
