Hanni POV
I sat in the school bus with Amrose and she was making plans of what to we would wear.
That reminds me. What will my dad say about this?. The last time I partied was bad,my dad definitely grounded me for a week and now I wonder how long I'll get grounded if something bad happens again?.
"Were you even listen hanni?" Amrose asked.
That totally caught my attention
"So sorry Rose . I was just wondering what my dad would say about this party" I panicked
"It's a graduation hanni. There's no way you're going to miss this". She assured
"That's the main reason why I'm worried what if I get to go to the party which I can't miss obviously because it's my graduation and something bad happens and I get grounded for a month?" I panicked.
"That's why I'm here for you. I won't let that happen. Not why you're with me." She assured.
"No 46 heavens street the bus" driver said.
Well here goes nothing
I waved Amrose and got down.
I stared at the doors not wanting to go in yet. That's when the doors opened by themselves.
Like I said earlier..... Today just isn't my day.
Thank heavens it's my mom
"Sweetheart!". My mom embraced me in her arms and it got me wishing it'll will last forever.
"Mom!" I hugged her back
"Baby? Why are you crying?"
I didn't even noticed my tears.
"Oh Mom. I wish I don't have to go to this party."
"Party!? What party?" She definitely sounds confused.
I don't know how she did it but I know she got me inside.
Without me thinking, I hugged her more. I wish this would last honestly.
"Mom. We're having our graduation night out party and I'm afraid that what happened last time would repeat itself ". I explained
"Oh honey. I understand but don't worry it won't happen again "
"You know how I suffered mom".
"Sweetheart"
"Mom. I had to work a whole month in heavens mall as punishment" I reminded her
Even if I liked it I just wasn't happy I missed school that much.
"Oh baby. I know your father isn't someone who talks much but I know he loves you hanni "
"But he still punished me ". I stood up getting ready to leave for my room.
"I know darling. Its what parents do." My mom added
"Oh Mom I just wish I don't have to go". I sniffed and wiped my tears off .
"It's gonna go alright. I promise." That's all I heard while I left for my room.
Later that evening
"Dad" I called out.
"Yes han " he seems happy today, I should probably tell him.
"Dad, our school's having an all night graduation party so I was asking if I could go. If you don't want me to go, it's alright I can stay at home and help Mom or Stu...." I was cut off
"Hanni you're going".
"Wait what?" Clearly I'm shocked
"Elohim said he wants every Junior graduates at the party and that includes you." My dad added
"R-Really? -But?" I stammered
"No but hanni." He kinda finalised this for me I guess
"Oh thanks I guess" I said and turned to leave but....
"And tell Amrose she can come tomorrow so you two can leave for the party together". He added
"Really dad??" I squealed right after he nodded
"Mom! mom! Please call Amrose mother and tell her to let Rose come tomorrow morning. Please."
I gave her my best puppy dog eyes hoping she'll fall for it.
"Sure honey."
Yup. she definitely fell for it.
Maybe today is my day
The next day morning. That's like on Saturday.
"Ahhhhhhhh"
I woked up thinking our house is on fire. I know it's impossible but hey it sounded like it was.
"What's it? What's it?" I panicked
"Ahhhhhhhh" Amrose banged on my room door
I opened it and there she was, in all glory of her pajamas..
She fell on my bed pretending she's dead
"Amrose? Are you alright?" I asked
Still no movement
"Amrose?"
Still !, still no movement
Maybe she is dead. I thought
"Am I alright? No I'm not alright.." she said
"Ok? That's weird". I sat on my bed and crossed my legs together
"No no... What's weird is your dad allowing you out for the party with me."
"Oh that " I calmed.
"Yes so unusual." She sat up.
"Yes it sure is unusual. But I like it." I added
"Yeah me too" she agreed
"All I need now is to get to this party and get over it".
"Yes me too " she nodded.
"Let's just relax and let this get by" she added
Later that night.
"No I look too fat in this!" Amrose groaned
"Really??? You said that for the other dresses" I'm so frustrated right now.
"I want something that shows off my curves." She took off the fifth dress.
Seriously that's a lot in one night Rose.
"I really don't think I can help you with anything Amrose." I said while shutting my closet
She just stood up and walked towards my closet and opened it up. Seriously I thought we've gone through all of this.
"This one is perfect." She whistled and that's when it hit me. My white mini dress which had net covering.
"Wow this is definitely perfect". She turned around showing it off.
"Wow definitely perfect". I added.
"Where were you all my life baby" she kissed my dress.. that's so...I can't tell
"Let's get ready". She squealed.
