I thought I published this already. :3

Tbh, this chapter is still supposed to be a MidoKuro and entitled as A Tsundere's Crush but I just decided that there is already a MidoKuro here. So I just changed it to a AoKuro/KiKuro, because I once shipped them too hard.

So yeah, my most loved pair right now is MidoKuro. :)

Summary:

Aomine will never voice out his feelings to the phantom sixth man. This is his unheard vow in front of Kuroko.

But when he mustered his courage to tell Kuroko that he harbors feelings for a certain someone, what will be Kuroko's first reaction?

"Kise...I think I like someone..." Aomine said and sulked at his side of the bench.

The duo are currently sitting on a bench next to a vending machine in the park. The two just happened to be there in the right moment. "Aominecchi~ I actually like someone too~" Kise whined and dramatically let his palms make contact with his face. "And I don't know how to say it to them..." Aomine continued. "I'm worried that they will reject me~" Kise added. "They might think I'm weird..." Aomine started and let out a exasperated sigh. "...and then it will be awkward," Kise finished.

"I like them because they are cool-headed."

"And because they always understand me when the others don't."

"They always think about others other than themselves."

"And they are too naive."

"I want to protect him."

"He looks like he is so fragile."

"Oi. Who do you like anyway?" Aomine finally snapped as he realized what they are doing. "Not telling you. Not after you spilled that I love Doraemon," Kise childishly replied. "I like Tetsu," Aomine said with determination.

"Huh...!? No! I like Kurokocchi!" Kise exclaimed and pointed at himself.

And with that, they are in a loud banter about who suits Kuroko better. Each getting more inane than the first.

"I'm taller!"

"I have lighter skin!"

"I'm his light!"

"I'm his student!"

"I met him first!"

"I met him last!"

"What the fu--"

"And I don't swear. Unlike you!"

"Oh yeah...I--"

"And I don't read any pornos!"

"Hello Aomine-kun, Kise-kun," Kuroko greeted. The mentioned pair is startled with the sudden greeting. "Kurokocchi!" "Tetsu!" the two gasped as they tried to calm down their system. "I'm sorry I startled you two. I just want to drop by and say hello," Kuroko apologized with a frown.

"Hah!? It's okay! We are just having a friendly conversation about each other," Kise drawled.

Kuroko eyed the two blankly and nodded. When he looked away, he fished out his 130 yen and bought a can of soda. "You should've told me that you'll buy something. I could've bought it for you," Kise whined and shoved 200 yen to the shorter teen. "Eh? Soda? Where's your usual vanilla milkshake?" Aomine asked.

"I can buy myself some drinks, thank you very much Kise-kun," Kuroko pointed out with slight annoyance in his tone. "And Aomine-kun, as much as I want to buy vanilla milkshakes, Maji Burgers is currently in-use by a family for their son's birthday which means it is closed."

The dejected tone in Kuroko's statement is very evident. The frown is not helping as well. Kise just jumped out of the bench to glom the teen in a huge hug. "Don't feel bad Kurokocchi," he said.

Aomine on the other hand had decided that right now is a nice moment to confess. "Um, Tetsu," he started. "I wanna tell you...I had a crush on...I fell for..." he continued, trying to find the perfect word. Kise looked annoyed and glared at Aomine. Kuroko witnessed this and soon something clicked in his head.

"So..."

"Ah. Congratulations, Aomine-kun. Kise-kun. I'm happy for you two. May you two have a good relationship from here and on," Kuroko said with a bow.

"..." Aomine.

"..." Kise.

"...?" Kuroko.

"HAH?!" the blond and the tanned males synced and pointed at each other. "KISE!?" "AOMINECCHI!?"

"Hai," Kuroko confirmed. "I'll be leaving now. I don't want to intrude any further with your friendly conversation about each other," Kuroko said with a small smile and a bow. Kuroko walked away. Dumbfound and shocked, the duo finally snapped out of their haze as they glared at each other and started a new reason to banter.

"It's your fault Kise! Tetsu got the wrong idea!"

"Eh? You decided to confess all of the sudden!"

"Oh yeah, well I-"

In the background, you'll see Takao snickering. "Oh Shin-chan would really love to see this."

When Kuroko is sure he is a mile away from any human kind, he - mentally - screams, "KISE-KUN WILL STOP ANNOYING ME!"

In a nearby bush, you could hear a small sneezing sound. There is a different shade of green moved. "Eh? Shin-chan?" Takao called out in a whisper. "Hush now Takao. Oha-Asa said the Aquarius will make a mistake today...not that I care about Kuroko...nanodayo..."
