"Doctor who?" Seamus piped up. But I didn't let The Doctor answer. I was hit with a sudden burst of euphoria. We made it!
"Who cares, we're alive!" I yelled and kissed Seamus, hard. He responded with enthusiasm and we just sat there, making out in front a complete stranger. But then again, a dalek, whatever that was, had recently tried to kill us and we had been saved by a mystery man with strange eyes. Weird situations call for weird actions.
And we were still going at it. I deepened the kiss and Seamus responded in kind, pushing me to the ground. I had completely forgotten the Doctor, I was lost in the kiss and the thrill of not being "EXTERMINATE!"ed. Seamus's tongue slipped in my mouth and I returned he favor, sliding my hands under his shirt and pulling up-
"Hey! Um, still here." it was the voice of the Doctor.
We sat immediately, blushing furiously.
"Sorry." we mumbled.
"Don't be sorry!" he exclaimed "So long as I get some!" He grinned and winked at me and I blushed. Seamus sprung up quickly, not amused.
"Joking, joking" the Doctor quickly amended, and as Seamus was still glaring at him, added "And that's my cue to leave."
"Woah, wait!" I exclaimed "You can't just do that! Just leave with no explanation!"
The Doctor sighed. "I suppose I can't, can't I?"
"No."
"Well, I will, thank you very much." and the strange man turned on his heel and began to climb out the window. When he was gone, I looked at Seamus.
"We're going after him, aren't we?" he asked, sounding resigned.
I winked "You bet."
He sighed but followed me out the window and ran behind me like a faithful dog. I was laughing, the euphoria of still being alive not entirely faded yet.
We followed the Doctor into the woods, where he climbed into a large blue box with the words "POLICE PUBLIC CALL BOX" written on the top box.
"A police box?" I said wonderingly.
"Those haven't been used since the '50s"
"I know." Seamus said thoughtfully "So why is there one in your woods and why did the Doctor just climb in it?"
"Well" I said "We're about to find out."
I pushed open the doors.....
