"oh right you're in uni, last year right?"

"yep, how's the preparation coming along?"

"going well, i'm excited. i feel like it's gonna be a hit"

"that's good."

"yeah?"

"are you sure you're okay?"

"yea why?"

yugyeom leaves the cafe in hurry, not wanting to be late for the movie.

bambam and hyejin sat across each other in a comfortable silence before bambam breaks it.

"hyejin-ah," bambam calls out and receives a hum in response.

"have you ever experienced a one sided love?" he asked in a quiet voice.

hyejin gave a small sad smile, "of course i have."

"it hurts doesn't it?" bambam replied, fiddling with the straw of yugyeom's choco shake.

hyejin nodded, "it sure does. are you perhaps having one now?"

bambam looked up at hyejin. "sadly."

hyejin met bambam's gaze, "same."

as they look into each other's eyes, they knew exactly who they were referring to. the same amount of pain and sorrow was present in both their eyes but what could they do besides supporting their best friends dating?

and that was what made it hurt even more.
