While everyone at the boarding house waited for Amelia to wake up Damon was showering.

While at Alaric's apartment Elena was fighting a punching bag as Alaric enters the room.

"Hey, you're going to put a hole in that thing! You want to talk about it?" Alaric asked waking over to the brunette

"Nothing to talk about." Elena mumbled.

Damon got out of the shower and walked into his bedroom, whistling happily, as Stefan waited for him.

"Good morning." Damon said to his unpleased brother.

"Your late." Stefan grumbled. "We were supposed to meet Bonnie at the witch house in ten minutes."

"Relax brother. You don't want your hair to fall out." Damon joked.

"Would you hurry up We have work to do. You know Klaus isn't gonna spontaneously self-destruct." Stefan pushed.

"Without Amelia he might." Damon chimed in.

"Why are you all chipper?" Stephan asked glaring at his older brother.

"No reason. Be with you in a minute." Damon said as Amelia woke in one of the guest rooms with a terrible feeling in her stomach.

Elena was still punching the punching bag at Alaric's only this time Alaric was holding it and asking questions.

"So, what's got you all worked up?"

"I didn't really sleep last night." Elena snapped.

"Yeah, me neither. Probably something to do with dying." Alaric trailed off.

"Are you okay?" Elena asked pushing her anger to the side.

"Yeah I'm fine, I'm fine. I think the ring, however, is running low on batteries." Alaric sighed.

"Yeah, that's another reason why Jeremy has to get out of town. If those rings have a shelf life, he is not protected, neither are you." Elena said punching the bag with all the strength she has.

"Nice, nice, you're getting stronger." Alaric complemented before continuing, "We should invited Amelia to our training sessions."

"Yeah I think she needs it after what she went through also I'm just channeling frustration. I need coffee." Elena said walking to the kitchen taking her gloves off to make herself some coffee.

"Seems Damon's compulsion worked, Jeremy was packing when I left the house, going on about his new school in Denver." Alaric said following Elena.

Elena looked at him and asked, "Have you talked to Damon today?"

"No. Why?" Alaric asked.

Elena said, "No reason." before drinking her coffee.

Bonnie was casting a spell and chanting in Latin, as she tries to open the coffin, but it wasn't working.

"Why won't you open?!" Bonnie yelled in frustration. The coffins disappeared and she hears the floorboards squeaking, there was someone else in the old witch house with her. "Hello? Someone there?" Bonnie called, as Damon and Stefan walked up to the house.

"You didn't say anything to Elena about the coffins, right?" Stephan asked.

"No, I said I wouldn't." Damon defended.

"I know what you said. We also need to find out what Amelia knows." Stephan said.

"Why are you asking?"
