~Amalia's POV~
I got up and got dressed for school just as my father started yelling my name among other things I walked downstairs.

"O good the disappointment is finally up. I thought I told you to have breakfast ready for the Rose here. You know the one that will actually go places." Father snapped at me.

I muttered an apology before quietly leaving the house and walked to Elena Gilbert's house. Don't get me wrong I like Elena, I just don't trust her or anyone for that matter. Well that's a lie I trust one person although he's not really a person he's something else. Stay with me but he's not human he's a vampire. I know they can't be real but they are and my family is a family of werewolves, and the reason they hate me that was because I never turned into one when they forced me to kill someone. I mean I still get sick on the full moon but that's just it I get the flu for the whole day. I can deal with that and it gets me said that everyone else in my family has to turn into a wolf except me. I got to Elena's and walked inside. Damon the only person I trust was there so I walked over to him and hugged him from behind.

"Hello little dove. How are you this morning."

I only grunted at him.

"We're going to be late for school come one let's go. Move move move!" Elana shouted as she ran to the door.

We all followed soon after. We got to school and to class just in time for class to start. We all took our seats and looked forward. Who's all of us well Caroline Forbes, a preppy blonde cheerleader, Stefan Salvatore, and as I like to put is emo vampire going through a phase, Elena Gilbert, and Doppelganger of the Patrova bloodline who has Damon and Stefan drooling over her, and finally me, a brown haired girl with hazel eyes that have seen somethings and you shouldn't waste your time getting to know because there is nothing interesting about me.

The teacher walked in but something was off Mr Saltsman was not himself. I don't know how I knew I just did. I listened to his boring lecture one witches and how they were important to Salem. As the bell rang I walked up to him and gave I'm a look.

"Mr Saltsman, are you okay you don't seem like yourself today."

"I'm fine thank you for asking."

With that I walked off not fully convinced that he was okay. School soon ended and I didn't want to go home so I went with Stephan to his house to bug Damon.

"Hello little dove. How was school. Did your sister bug you today?" Damon asked ignoring Stephan who simply walked to his room most likely to write in his diary.

"Surprisingly no she left me alone, but Tyler was weirdly protective of me whenever she tried to get close to me."

"Strange."

"Yeah."
