Jamie-Lyn's POV

THERE'S A KNOCK on the door and Nelly gets up to answer it handing Alpha to me to take upstairs. I take him up to her room, gently set him down on one of her pillows and he immediately falls asleep.

I rush back downstairs to see Nelly pinching her nose and her eyes are teary. I'm about to ask what's wrong but I'm slapped with the overwhelming smell of girl perfume. I scrunch my nose at the smell as it burns my throat.

"How's he?" She asks referring to Alpha.

"As soon as I set him down he fell fast asleep." I say walking to the living room and awkwardly greeting the girl. She sits next to Xavier, puts her arm around his shoulder and uses her hand to play with his hair. Xavier starts choking and looks at her with his eyes narrowed. I bite my lip as I try intensely to hold back my laughter. I look up to see Nelly's reaction but she's gone to get snacks. Aww. Jake scoots close to me and yawns, the old yawn and put your hand over my shoulder trick, and I blush furiously so I look down.

Nelly plops the snacks she got from the kitchen on the table and sits on the other side of the sofa before she starts watching vines.

So...

"So when do we start?" I ask to break the silence and Nelly looks up from her phone.

"I dunno" she says shrugging, "I'm just waiting on y'all"

"Let's start now!" Uh... Blondy? Blondy says leaning on Xavier even more. He pushes her away and I quickly look away so I don't laugh.

" 'Kay, Lyn help me pick the table off the carpet." Nelly says putting her phone away and stands up. I stand up too and we easily move it since it's not that heavy.

Xavier sits down and Blondy sits nex-nope, on Xavier and he quickly shoves her off and gives her a deep glare. This time I can't hold it, a giggle escapes my mouth and I quickly cover my mouth with my hand.

Nelly comes into the room with an empty bottle and rolls her eyes at the sight of Xavier and Blondy. She sits net to me after I sit next to Jake.

"Is this the bottle we're playing with?" Blondy asks. I clamp my lips together so I don't laugh and Nelly snorts making it harder not to.

"Yeah." Nelly says slowly.

"Then let's play!" Blondy says.Nelly spins the bottle and it lands on me.

"Truth or dare?" She asks and I can see how hard she's trying not to roll her eyes.

"Um...truth." I say softly knowing very well what would happen if I said dare.

"Ok uh...oh! Um do you have romantic feelings for anyone?" She asks and I immediately blush. She smirks I'm satisfaction at my reaction.

"Yyyyyeah let's continue." I say quickly hoping no one heard. But someone did. I can feel Jake's eye on me as I spin the bottle and it lands on Blondy. Perfect.

"Truth or dare?" I ask crossing my fingers for her to say dare.

"Um... I think I'll go with Truth." She says. You? Think? I giggle at that thought and Nelly makes a funny sound(laughter). You can see her shaking as she tries not to laugh too loudly. I guess she thought the same thing I did.

"Ok... uh are you and Xavier ... something?" I ask risking a glance at Nelly and her laughter's died down. Blondy smirks at Xavier , runs a finger down his chest and Nelly quickly stands up mumbling that she's tired, going to bed and we should enjoy. Xavier shoves Blondy's hand off him. These two will kill me.

Blondy spins the bottle and it lands on Jake. Oh no.

"Truth or dare?" She asks with a smirk.

"D...are? Jake says unsure.

"Dare your friend to kiss me, yeah?" She says pointing at Xavier who looks at her with complete horror and disgust.

"Then I'm definitely picking truth." Xavier mutters looking down and I can't hold it back anymore. I start laughing hysterically and Jake joins me softly patting me on the back. I blush at the contact and tell Jake to spin the bottle. He does so and it lands on me. Fuck!

"Truth or dare." He asks smiling mischievously.

"Dare?" I more like ask while shrinking back at his stare.

He leans in so that his lips are by my ear.

"I dare you," He says his voice low and husky and his lips brush against my ear. Oh god. "To kiss me back."

My body freezes as he slowly wraps his arms around me and pulls me closer to him bringing our faces an inch apart. Then, he closes the gap between us with a kiss. Oh my friggin' Gosh. Is what goes through my mind before I close my eyes. I feel an electric shock at the contact of our lips. I pull away because I'm not used to the feeling but his arms tighten around me as he deepens the kiss with a soft groan. He pulls away and I feel like I've been wrenched out of a dream.

His eyes never leave mine and I struggle to look away, they're just so beautiful...

"Uh um I think it's my turn to spin." I say managing to tear my eyes away from his and reaching for the bottle, only to see that blondy and Xavier are gone. So we're alone. I blush at the thought of Jake and I being together.

I quickly stand up avoiding eye contact and stumble to the sofa and turn on the tv. I try to ignore the fact that Jake has also come to sit next to me. He puts his arm around my shoulder and I hesitantly place my head on his chest. This feels so good. This somehow ends up at Jake and I cuddling.

We sit in a comfortable silence as we watch a movie and during one of the fight scenes we hear footsteps running up the stares and I chose to ignore. As soon as it finishes I hear annoying screams and footsteps going downstairs,opening of the front door and it being loudly slammed shut.

"The heck was that?" I ask and Jake shrugs. I yawn and my eyes get a little droopy.

"I'm tired." I say giving another obnoxious yawn and Jake chuckles making me blush.

"Let's get to bed then." Jake says. Let's? Like Jake and I?together?In the same room?

"Yep." He replies to my thought. Wait did I say that out loud?

"Yes you did." He says chuckling.

"Well, fuck." I say burying my face in my hands. He chuckles kissing me lightly on the cheek and I blush.

"Let's go." He says standing up and stretching. I hesitate a moment before shrugging and going to the stairs with him following behind me. We go up to my room and Jake -like he isn't perfect enough- suggests sleeping on the floor. He gives me a goodnight kiss before settling in his blankets. I do my night routine before going to bed, the thought of our kiss warming me up inside.
