Chapter 4: Conflict

The next day...

     "I won't be late today.." sabi ko sa sarili ko habang naglalakad ako papunta ng elevator. Pinilit ko talagang gumising ng maaga ngayon! Sana wala nang mangyari pang masama... Sigh...

Nakayuko lang ako all the time, mumbling words to myself. Nababaliw na ata ako, aaahh. Paulit-ulit ko din pinipipindot yung down button ng elevator, without even realizing. So then the elevator opened. Nakayuko parin ako as I walk in...

     "Hey, noona!! Goodmorning~" Noooo! Not today, please. I'm trying to get rid of all the bad memories. Why do I keep running into them?

     "Hhm? You're not wearing the pin you wore yesterday. You looked so pretty in that.." napansin niya. I really didn't wear the pin since hindi naman ako masyado mahilig sa hairpins, kung hindi lang talaga dahil kay mama, I'd never wear it.

     "Ah, 'yon ba? I didn't put it on because I wanted to..." I said the truth.

     "Ah, ganon ba? That's fine. Then I guess we'd get pretty close now, right? Especially when you already saw me topless and bottomless. Hahahaha." sabi niya sakin while chuckling. Was that supposed to be a perverted statement or nah? Anyways, that hit me hard kaya nag-blush na naman ako sa kahihiyan. "What are you gonna do now, noona? You must take responsibility of me now. Hahaha." paasar niyang sinabi. He's surely still young minded.

I don't know how to respond since he's acting all cute again, and I'm blushing. Nagisip ako ng pwede kong sabihin sa kanya. "...Uhm, H-how can I take responsibility of y-you?..."sabi ko sa kanya, very embarrassed. 

For a while, hindi siya nagsasalita. It was all awkward silence. Then inilapit niya yung mukha niya sakin and then said, "Woaaah. Your face looks like a tomato, noona!~ What's the blushing for? Hahaha."

I had a view of Guanlin's face. He's really white, like some kpop star. How can someone his age look too good?

     "You have nice skin..." Shoot! Ano ba 'tong pinagsasasabi ko?! Nakakahiya talaga! I blushed even more with the feeling of embarrassment. Buti na lang tumawa lang sya at nagsabing, "Hahahaha. Noona has a tomato face!~"

     "Hey, noona. I'm the one who's always caught without clothes, but why are you the one blushing? Is there by any chance that you like me? Lolz just kidding~" he keeps on teasing me. I don't know how to reply, gosh...

     "....."

Buti na lang, bumukas na yung elevator doors. Kung hindi, baka kung ano-ano pang nasabi ko..

     "See you again tomorrow, noona!~ 'Wag mo kalimutan yung hairpin. Bye~" sabi niya sakin habang nakangiti. Phew, what a start for this day...

At the school campus...

Nakarating ako ng maaga sa school ngayong araw. There weren't many students at my classroom yet. Ilang babae lang na hindi ko masyado ka-close at si Suho ang nandoon. It's so awkward arriving this early. Should I say hi to Suho? Ah, soooo awkward...

It's already uncomfortable at first, but it got even worse when the other girls went out. Kami na lang ni Suho ang natira sa classroom. Nakayuko ako sa table ko, iniisip kung mag-aapraoach ba ako sa kanya, ng may biglang tumuktok sa desk ko.

     "Hi." Yeek! Si Suho! What should I do? Napatingin lang ako sa kanya.

     "Huh? 'Di ka man lang magsasabi ng hi sakin? That's rude..." mabilis niyang sagot matapos kong hindi magsalita ng halos five seconds. He frowned at me. Feeling ko tuloy ang sama kong tao.
