Tratie - Travis Stoll and Katie Gardner

Chapter Two ~Tratie Starts

Katie was laying down in the infirmary, motionless. Will Solace, an Apollo kid said her pulse was weak but she should be fine. She was in a very short coma for about 3 days, when Travis came to see her and she woke up.

"Katie! Thank gods your ok!!! Do you want me to go find Will??" Travis looked down at her and she smirked.

"I'm ok really... What happened? I was in the middle of Drew and Nelly.. and then it was lights out,"

"Drew attacked you with her dagger.. she cut your arms and your chest.. that's probably why you blacked out,"

"What the hades??! How am I in different clothes??"

"We asked Miranda and Nelly to come change you" Katie started to relax a little then her eyes widened.

"Where is Drew??"

"Locked in the big house... everyone else was fine, she attacked you and bolted"

"What time is it?"

"It is 9:30 pm on a  Saturday"

"Oh my gods, you wanted to talk with me.. I'm sorry I hope it was not urgent, I'm so stupid, why did I make a stupid remark to Drew!"

"Hey really it's ok. You were sticking up for Nelly and your whole cabin, that's pretty cool! I wanted to talk to you.. is now ok?"

"Yea, yea! Of course! What's up Travis?"

"I have wanted to tell you for so long that I like you.. and more then friends.. I know you hate me and I was worried about being rejected, but I had to tell you..."

Katie stared at him in awe before he felt her hand on the back of his neck. She leaned closer and kissed him. They moved there lips in sync until they both pulled apart with there foreheads resting on each other. Travis grinned and looked at Katie.

"Travis I don't hate you, I never have.. Your pranks are just really up-setting,"

Travis sat there for a minuet bitting his lip, before he started kissing her again.

"You have no idea how worried I was when she pulled the dagger out"

"Well I'm fine..." the 17 year old tried to get off the bed. She tripped and landed in Travis's arms. They looked at each other for a minute before Travis slowly kissed her. She smiled into the kiss when she felt his tongue poke at her lip. Right then, Will Solace walked in and they both moved away from each other.

"I see your feeling better... let me check on your pulse then you can go back to your Cabbin" Will checked Katie's pulse before letting her go back to the cabbin. The rest of her cabbin was at sword practice,  but Katie wasn't aloud to join for a week. Travis sat with her in her little head  counselor room.

"Hey Travis?"

"Yea?"

"What are we..?" They both sat there for a second.

"Will you meet me at the beach after dinner? I think we will be able to figure out the answer for your question.."

"Sure, as long as I don't get stabbed again" they both laughed for a second and then Travis left Katie in her cabbin. He walked into his cabbin to find his brother.

"Hey Travis.. Has she waken up yet?"

"Hey Conner... Yea she woke up and went back to her cabin.. I need your help with something.."

"A prank??" Conner jumped up off the bed he was laying on.

"Maybe later... I.. I want to ask Katie to be my girlfriend..."

"Dudeeee!!!! My brother is getting a girlfriend!!! Of course I'll help you, but isn't she older..?"

"No were both 17"

"Okay then, let's get to planning!"

~~~~After dinner at the beach~~~~~

Katie walked out to the beach. Travis ran up behind her and covered her eyes. "I have a surprise for you..."

"I swear to the gods Travis, if this is a prank.."

"No, no it's not I swear on the river of styx"

"Okay..." Travis walked Katie over to where there was a message written in the sand, that read, will you be my girlfriend? He removed his hands from her face she gasped and turned around.

"Travis you didn't have to do all this!! Yes, I will be your girlfriend, all you had to do is ask!" She hugged him. He picked her up and spun her around for a little bit before seeing her down.

"I am happy in all, but we need to run before we get thrown in the lake" she laughed as they took off running towards the woods.
