Lunch ended so I walked out with Lindsay.

"Wanna comeover after school to get ready for the party?" I asked her.

"Yeah, sure!" She replied in her high-pitched voice.

"Alright meet me in the courtyard after school," I told her, hoping she would remember. She nodded.

Sure enough she took forever. I stood there, crossing my arms waiting.

"Lindsay! Let's gooo!" I called, when I saw her walk out of the door. She searched for where I was standing and found me when I haved to her.

"Sorry, Mr. Daniels needed to talk to me about a project I'm doing for math." She said.

"Alright whatever.C'mon," I dragged her arm to my car.

"So what are you wearing tonight?" She asked me as we pulled out of the parkin lot.

"I bought a cute minidress yesterday, but now I'm having second thoughts." I tapped my freshly-painted nail on the steering wheel.

"You'll find something in your closet." Lindsay assured me.

"Yeah, I guess. So what are you wearing?" I asked her.

"I have skirt in my bag," She confirmed.

We got home and I opened the wooden front door with glass detail to my house. It was the biggest house where I lived. Everyone always begged me for a tour or to throw a party there, but I knew if I threw a party here, the house would just get trashed.

I slid off my sandals and set my bag on the oriental rug. Lindsay did the same.

"Helloooo?" I called up the big wooden stairs. No response.

"Guess no one's home," I spoke to myself, leading Lindsay into the kitchen. On the island there was a note.

"Dear Riley, sorry we won't be home this weekend. See you Monday! Love Mom and Dad," I read aloud. I was a Bit sad. This always happened.

"I wonder what 'emergency' it was today?" I said sarcastically.

"Aw I'm sorry, Ri." Lindsay put her arm on my shoulder.

"It'a okay. We have work to do," I told her ans lead her up to my bedroom. She flopped onto my big fluffy bed, but I headed straight to my walk-in closet.

"La Di Da Da Da Da," I hummed, picking up articles of clothing, frowning, and then throwing them back. Lindsay just turned on the t.v.

"Lindsay I need help here! This one or this one?" I held up a dark purple sparkly dress and a maroon dress with an aplique between the bust. She looked over at me and smiled.

"Definetly marroon...Member Ricky told you red on you makes him go crazy?" She asked.

"Alright maroon it is," I slipped it on and straightened my hair. I also put on a matching lipstick.

"How do I look?" I asked.

"Gorgeous...Ricky will die!" Lindsay exclaimed.

"Aw thanks! You look gorg too!" And I wasn't lying. Linsday wore a tight black shirt and a torquise top tucked in.

"Well It's 7, are you ready?" She asked. I nodded and soon enough we were at Ricky's door. He answered, looking me up and down.

"Rickyyy you know I hate when you do that," I pushed him, and he blushed.

"I couldn't help it. Come in guys!" He waved us in and I grabbed his hand. The house was already busling with people. Music was blaring. He handed me a drink.

"Not yet, baby, maybe later. Dance with me," I pulled his arm with me and his hand went straight for my hips. I giggled a little. When the song ended, He kissed me. And we danced to another one.

"Hey baby wanna head up to my room?" He leanes in and I could feel his breath on my ear and cheek.

"Ricky, not here. That's kind of slutty," I told him. He shrugged.

"Then when Ri?" He asked. I couldn't stand those eyes.

"I'll stay the night," I told him.

"Alright...you sure you don't want a drink?" He asked. I nodded. And he brushed my hair back from my face.

"Why so sad?" He asked.

"It's my parents again," I told him.

"Baby, don't be sad. It's okay. They love you." He assured me. I smiled and kissed him.

"Where's Lindsay?" I asked, but he just pointed to her grinding Nick. I rolled my eyes.

"They are knuckleheads sometimes," I told him. He laughed a little.

"But they're our knuckleheads. They brought us together, right?" Ricky asked.

"Right," I answered. And they did. Nick and Lindsay were dating in ninth grade. Nick was his best friend, Lindsay was mine. When they were talking at lunch, Ricky and I would talk, and soon enough we were Ridge High's cutest couple.

Finally everyone left and we could sleep. He chased me up the stairs and I yelped as he caught me by the lower torso. We were both cracking up. I wasn't a virgin and neither was he. We lost our virginity together in the summer. He layed me down on his bed and crawled on top of me, his eyes so close to mine. I reached up and smooted his hair down. His lips touched mine...
