"Coups, status," Jihoon spoke into his mic as his eyes darted across the many monitor screens on his table and hanging on the wall. His gaze fell onto one of the monitor screen which had Soonyoung trying to get through some lasers while Minghao watched patiently. "Hoshi, what the actual fuck you're doing?"

There were two answers from the guys he called out. "Coast is clear" from Seungcheol and "I'm trying to get through the damn lasers" from Soonyoung. Jihoon's hands flew across the keyboard like a whirlwind as he checked on the others via the security cameras he hacked into.

"The8, just use your stuff," Jihoon instructed. He heard a soft "on it" from the lanky Chinese boy who pulled out what seemed to be a toy remote controller and a drone.

"Dang it. Stop making me look bad!" Jihoon could hear Soonyoung shouting and a smug laugh from Minghao as the gadget slipped through the gaps between the lasers far more easily that Soonyoung's although flexible, but still often clumsy, body. Jihoon ignored the duo and concentrated on the black vehicle parked a few blocks away from the building the rest were.

"Joshua?" Jihoon called. There was no answer from the older male. "Joshua!" he called again. Jihoon could hear the soft hum from Joshua who served as their gateway driver if anything happened. Joshua sounded tired, which was expected since he had been up all day, checking the equipments not just twice but five times so that there wouldn't be any mishaps.

Jihoon checked all the monitors again, making sure everyone had followed the instructions laid out by Seokmin before the mission was on the go. He might be a goofy and ditzy-looking person but extremely meticulous when it came to details. A perfectionist almost when it was time to be serious. Jihoon took a sip of his coffee, already cold from the hour long mission of sitting in front of the computer screens. Well, he could ask Seungkwan to get him a new cup but the boy was sleeping soundly on the couch in the living room, tired from his day job.

"Status," Jihoon said again, as he cracked his knuckles. Almost immediately, he had his answers from the assigned 'leaders' of each pair or group.

"We deactivated the lasers," Soonyoung said with a defeated sigh as Minghao snickered quietly.

"All the guards at the fifth floor are taken down," Jihoon could see the proud look on Seungcheol's face through the security cameras.

"Slipped past some too. Heading to the targeted room now," Jeonghan reported. Finally, Jihoon turned his attention to one of the monitors where it was almost darkness except for the glow from what seemed to be a glass case. Inside, held a 12-carat Oppenheimer Blue Diamond, the treasured item they were supposed to steal.

Jihoon smirked as he watched Jun and Vernon take out the two guards that stood outside the heavily-protected steel door that needed a series of complicated passwords and requirements. It may take time to hack into as Wonwoo quickly connected the device to his laptop so Jihoon could do his job.

However, as Jihoon pulled up his software, his eyes caught sight of a sudden movement on the security camera. It wasn't any of the guys, who stood outside, waiting for Jihoon to crack the code and let them have access.

No... the person was already inside the safe room. How did they get in there? Jihoon was sure he would be alerted if anyone entered the room.

"Guys," he hissed. Everyone looked up at the nearest security camera with questioning glances. It was unlike Jihoon to sound urgent when the operation was moving smoothly. "There's someone in the room."

"How's that possible?" Soonyoung whisper yelled into his earpiece. Jihoon didn't answer but brightened the view on the laptop. He could now clearly see the person. They sported a black baseball cap, pulled low over their faces and an equally black mask to cover their face. The outfit worn, consisting of a long-sleeved sweater and jeans, was similar in colour to the cap with only the white shoelaces to contrast with the whole look. Jihoon could clearly see that it was a girl, with long brown hair and feminine physique. She didn't seem armed as she pulled out something from her pocket.
