Ginny's POV
She looked at the sleeping child in her arms and cooed at him.
It has been a few weeks since she gave birth and James was already 4 weeks old.
Teddy had been very helpful around the house lately cleaning up his mess and helping take care of his little stepbrother.
AT first, he was reunited with him and tried throwing him out in the trash when we were not looking.
But as the weeks passed he became a better brother.
Since Andromeda cannot pick him up, Teddy has been living with us for months now.
He was getting so big now and such a sweet boy who continued to call her mom.
Looking at him was painful sometimes when his hair would turn purple like tonks.
She put the child down with care in his crib and went to fetch Teddy to give him a bath and tuck him into bed.
She heard water running in the bathroom and went in to find teddy sitting in the bathtub waiting for her.
He was such a brilliant boy from the start and always so sweet.
HI, mommy, I ran shower like you taught me too
she smiled and praised him with a good job my little man
After giving him a shower she got up and put him in pjs and tucked him in bed. potter manor was getting small now since so many people lived in it.
She slipped into a baby blue pajamas and went to bed to sleep.
she slipped into the bed right next to Harry and cuddled up to him. Never in a million years would she have imagined this to be her family.
Married to the most famous wizard two kids and in a huge house.
What a lucky girl she was.
3 a.m
Narrator
A cry resounded for the bedroom two doors down from them. This woke the whole manor up. Teddy who was next door to the nursery woke up with a start and padded out of his room and into the nursery to check on his baby brother James.
Teddy's POV teddy is five
I tiptoed to the room trying hard not to make much noise.
I wonder why
Teddy reaches the crib and stares at his little brother
He looked around the room trying to find something he can climb on to get in the crib
He found the stool his mommy uses to sit on and nurse the baby
Carefully he climbed in and grabbed the kid in his arms and held him
Shh shh he said
Teddy rocked the baby in his tiny arms and laid him on the bed and the cuddled beside the sleeping kid in order to serve as protection and comfort to him
Just then Ginny looking very stressed walked into the room to find the two children sleeping together
She looked at them and planted a kiss on their foreheads
Quickly she snapped a picture in order to preserve the moment forever
She headed back to bed it was going to be a long day tomorrow
it was comforting knowing that teddy cared for the little baby and was a good brother.
Quickly but quietly she tiptoed to the stairway and went down to get a glass of water
Once she reached the kitchen she turned on the lights and sat on the counter with her glass of water thinking of all the things that had happened to her that led up to this moment
From the day they met on the platform, to their wedding
then the birth of the baby
She could never have predicted how the pregnancy went.
She had been tested in ways she never thought were possible let alone anticipated.
In ways, no one could ever have prepared her for.
She was drained physically, emotionally and mentally.
And it came in the ultimate reward: James Sirius Potter.
She remembered back to when Teddy first met James
Flashback
Bring Teddy first Ginny instructed Harry firmly
Okay I'll be back soon
Harry left the room to get his godson in order for him to meet James.
Teddy was curled on a bench fast asleep.
He gently woke him up by rubbing his head and murmuring his name
Teddy opened his eyes and met his father's gaze cmon harry said and offered him he had to stand up
he led the child into the room where Ginny and the baby were waiting
teddy stared at the child and let out a big
noooo and I don't want it at the sight of it
ginny and harry were expecting this so they explained it t him and everything
teddy curiously held out a gentle hand to touch James' face
james wiggled and teddy laughed
it is amazing how much kids moods swing
teddy let out a, I guess its a lil bit cute
harry and Ginny both looked at the child and smiled
end of flashback
she loved to see them grow together and play
she cherished every moment with them even the times when teddy behaved badly around little James and she had to scold him.
oh, how time flew by soon she will be getting ready to ship James out to Hogwarts but first, it was Teddy Lupin who had to go,
in fact, he would be starting soon
soon as in a few years when he was 10
ahh how she would love that moment

I was away on a quinciañera tour in the Carribean so yeah no time for writing which sucked especially since I did not take my laptop with e but we r back and ready to type away new chapters for u guys
