Sigh. The people in this segment are called 'rule-breakers'. I give you 24 hours before changing or using my works and use them for the certain amount of time I gave. Is it that hard to do? To 'USE' it for a few days? Well luckily, I do not tolerate fighting and bashing other people so I will jist state the names of the accounts that can NEVER request here just because they can't follow rules. If your name is written here then you may give me a good reason to why you are not using or did the payments that I asked for. If it is not valid then, hah. You'll be staying in this list forever.
