Chapter 39

Evan's POV

I was getting ready for the show wearing my red jacket and black jeans and my red and white shoes.

I texted the guys telling them to meet me there at the show.

As I was on my way there I saw Craig walking alone. I pulled over and rolled down my window.

Evan:
"Need a ride?"

Craig looked at me with surprise in his eyes.

Craig:
"Uh sure."

Craig said as I unlocked the door so he could get in. He got in as I locked the doors and rolled up my window.

Craig:
"Are you nervous?"

I heard Craig ask from beside me.

Evan:
"A little, but I always am."

Craig:
"I can see that."

Craig said as he looked out the window.

Craig:
"I've had some ideas."

Evan:
"Ideas for what?"

Craig:
"For what you guys can wear. I was thinking that you guys would look more like a group if you guys all had the same outfits. The design of the jackets is yours. Just in different colours. I was going to make them the colours that they like. You can keep yours since The design is from your jacket."

Evan:
"I didn't even know you could make clothes Craig."

Craig:
"I learned with a old friend of mine."

Evan:
"What was their name?"

Craig:
"Luke."

My eyes went wide at that name.

Evan:
"Luke Rivers?!"

Craig:
"Yeah, do you know him?"

Evan:
"He was a old friend of mine too."

Craig:
"What happened that brought you two apart?"

Evan:
"He turned against us, he didn't like how we sang songs, or the songs that we sang."

Craig:
"Oh, I had no idea."

Evan:
"How about you?"

Craig:
"He had to move."

Evan:
"He never told me that."

Craig:
"When did you meet him?"

Evan:
"I met him in fifth grade. We were sitting next to each other and we started talking to each other and became fast friends. I was already friends with some of the others like Tyler, Lui and David."

Craig:
"Was he ever apart of your group?"

Evan:
"At one point yes, but I guess you could say he quit."

Craig:
"Oh."

Evan:
"Yeah."

I said as I pulled up to the building. I parked than I unlocked the car so me and Craig could get out. Once we were out I locked the car and me and Craig started heading to the front doors of the building.

Once we walked in we saw Lui and David waiting for us. I waved to them trying to get their attention which worked.

We walked over to them as smiles were on their faces.

Evan:
"Are you guys ready?"

Lui:
"HELL YEAH!!!??"

Lui yelled making all of us laugh.
