Episode 12 - Fling or A Thing?

****AIDEN'S POV****

Just when I laid down on the mat and looked at the sky, nakakita ako ng shooting star so I closed my eyes and thought of my wish.

Aiden: (Oh how I wish that Lexie chooses me..over Noah. Hahaha that would be nice)

****ALEX'S POV****

I looked up at the sky again and closed my eyes while I said my wish to myself. After doing so, I just remained still and suddenly had the courage to say something to Aiden.

Alex: I like you, AJ.

Naramdaman ko ang pag galaw ni Aiden sa tabi ko.

Aiden: What did you just say?

I inhaled deeply, I opened my eyes and I turned towards him.

Alex: I said I like you.. AJ.

I smiled at him and he was just staring at me with his eyes confused and surprised. And then he smiled back. I felt his hand in mine as if telling me that he already heard me loud and clear, so I squeezed his hand in response.

Aiden: And I like you, Lexie..

Tumingin ulit ako sa langit.

Alex: But I want to take things slow..

Aiden: How slow? (Aiden smiled)

Naramdaman ko ang pag smile niya habang sinabi niya ito.

Alex: hahahaha. Well, kasi.. I want us to get to know each other more before going another step further.

Inayos ni Aiden ang kanyang pagka upo at minamasdan ang view ng city.

Aiden: hmm..

Alex: We both have our fair share of failed relationships.. And if we both want something to work this time, we should take our time.. What do you think?

Aiden: You have a point.. So.. how do we do this?

Alex: Hmmmm.. We'll continue to go on dates, I guess?

Aiden: Okay.... Paano si Noah?

Alex: Like I told you kanina.. Nagkausap na kami ni Noah habang na stuck kami sa elevator. And I told him how I feel..

Aiden: Ohh.. How is he?

Alex: He said he'll be fine and that he still wants to remain as friends..

Aiden: He's a strong man. He'll get over it.

Alex: Yabang.

Aiden chuckled.

Aiden: I think I earned some bragging rights. Ahahaha

Nagtawanan silang dalawa.

Alex: So... Okay... we'll continue going on dates, get to know each other more..

Aiden: Let's take note of the things that can help to make 'US' work.

Alex: Yeah.. Let's show each other who we really are..

Aiden: And para whatever flaws we have, ma consider natin yun and we'll see if we can accept or live with those.

Alex: Exactly..

Aiden: What do we tell our friends, pag nagtanong sila?

Alex: Hmmmm.. That we're dating?
