Chapter 11-Breaking news

"Who is it?" David asked me.

"Wait. I will check from the window."

"Quickly Cecilia." Ofelia said to me.

"It's the cops! Why are they here so early? They told us that they would be here later. Do you think something happened?"

"Hello? Is anybody here?"

"Oh my god something must have happened." Chris said, and I agree.

I opened the door, and it is a detective and two more cops with him.

"Good morning. We are sorry for getting here earlier than we had told you, but something happened, and we had to inform you." The detective said, and I told them to come inside.

"So what happened Sir?" Calvin sounds scared.

"Nick Nicholson, your former friend. We think we know why he has been doing this to you."

"What? How? Did you find him? Did he tell you anything about this? Don't believe him! He is a liar. He's always been a liar!" Christopher sounds really weird. I don't know, I feel that the boys are hiding something.

"Chris, chill! Come with me now. You too David!" Calvin is angry. I am sure of it now. Something is going on between them.

"Detective, please tell us what did you find?" Katherine said. I think she is trying to keep it in a normal phase, so the cops won't believe that something is wrong with the boys.

"Miss Walker, I think we should wait for your friends to come back here, because this is something that they should hear too. It involves them."

"Oh, okay Sir" Katherine seems confused. I am too.

"Excuse me Sir, you are right. I am going to go inside for a minute to see what is going on, and I'll be back with the boys."

"Okay, but this is important. It can't wait, so be quick please, Miss Smith." So I went in my bedroom, because that is where they were. I was standing in front of the closed door, to hear what they were saying, but I couldn't hear anything, because they were shouting. I opened the door, and all I saw was that Calvin was about to hit David. I am shook.

"Calvin what the fuck are you doing? What is happening in here? Somebody answer me right this second!"

"Cecilia, shut up, don't shout, because if the police come in here and see us like this, you will only make it worse!" Christopher told me.

"Don't talk to me like that, okay? Now, tell me what is wrong with you three! Calvin, why did you hit David? Are you out of your freaking mind? The detective said that what he wanted to tell us, involves you guys. So tell me!"

"Oh great! So they know! Damn guys, what are we going to do? They will throw us in jail! Or Nick will find us and kill us all to save his ass!" Calvin said. I am shocked. I can't move. What could they possibly have done with Nick, that could put them in jail?! I don't understand.

"What the hell Calvin? What are you talking about? What did you do?"

"Nothing baby, just come here and we will go in the living room to talk with the police."

"No, don't touch me! Just tell me what happened?"

Silence.

"Christopher! David! Talk you me! We have to go back, the detective is already suspicious about you three! So tell me what is going on, or else you will have to talk to the police about it!"

"No, Cecilia wait!" David told me.

"It is something that happened about one and a half years ago. When we were still friends with Nick." Christopher said. Calvin is more silent than ever.

"So, tell me! We don't have a lot of time, because if they are here because they know something about you guys, they will come in here and God knows, what they will do!" I shouted.

"Cecilia, do you remember Olivia Wilson?

"Nick's ex girlfriend, Olivia? Yes, I do, she moved away to Australia after they broke up, right?"

"Well, she didn't move away. That's where the shit begins." Calvin said. He is sweating for some reason. He must be really nervous.

"What do you mean, where is she?"

The door. The police is here. Oh my God.

"Excuse me, but we have been waiting a lot. We need to get this done. Christopher Johnson, David Harris, and Calvin Jones, you are under arrest for the murder of Olivia Wilson. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can, and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to have an attorney. If you cannot afford one, one will be appointed to you by the court."
