When I saw Rose bounce up the path to our door my heart started beating quicker than ever. I felt like I was running a marathon or something. I had never felt this way before. I could see Michael. His crazy green hair standing bright and scruffy.

We all sat around the big white table eating curry. I looked over at Michael, he was eating like an animal. I smiled. He had pale skin, he reminded me of a vampire. He wore a black AC DC vest top and black skinnies. His eyes were a pale greeny colour and his lips were really rosy. He wasn't muscular or anything like that but he looked really cuddly. Like you could sob into his shoulder and he'd just hold you close and hug you.

"So, Michael, do you and your band write your own songs?", Dad asked looking up at him. I knew he'd end up talking about music with him sooner or later. Dad loved music. Artic Monkeys, AC DC, Metallica, Green Day, he loved all bands really. Which was cool, because so did I. I was obsessed with All Time Low.

"Yeah, we do. Its really fun. Calum kind of discovered song writing first in the band, and then we all kind of followed on." Michael replied sweetly. His Australian accent sharp and strong.

Dad nodded and smiled. "You could show me your skills on the guitar later then, eh?"

Michael laughed. "Yeah, sounds cool."

The rest of dinner was kinda awkward. It was just silent. I couldn't wait until it was over.
