I boarded the elevator and pushed 2. The elevator moved quickly, and I was on the secon floor in no time at all. I looked at the map. Fortunately, the Gray Dining Room was only a few doors down. I walked down the hallway, reading the metal plates on all the doors: Orchestra Room, Ballroom I, Billiard Room, and finally, The Gray Dining Room.

I pushed open the door. The room had a higher ceiling than normal, but it wasn't cathedral-sized. True to it's name, the walls were light grey and the floor was polished grey marble so shiny I could see my reflection in it. A big table was off to the left of the room, and all the guys were already sitting at it. No one had noticed me yet except Demitri, who smirked at me but kept his mouth shut.

"Hey, Peony!" Mason called towards the door on the back wall, "Can you grab me a can of Pepsi, please?"

"Sure!" came a call back through the door.

Seconds later, a pretty woman of about twenty-five pushed through the door into the dining room with a bright blue can of Pepsi. She had curly red hair. It wasn't frizzy, like the nerds in high school have. It was in bright red glossy ringlets down her back. She had glowing green eyes and fair skin. She was wearing a tight navy blue tank top and a black miniskirt with matching black stilettos. She handed Mason his soda and walked away. As she walked past him at the table, Ashton smacked her ass. She giggled and trotted away on her stilettos while the guys roared with laughter.

"Ummm..." I said timidly. The laughter died down and Quinn jumped up.

"Hey, Adeline! Come sit over here," he gestured to an empty seat in between him and Milo.

I walked over and sat down.

"Dig in, Adeline! You can eat whatever you want," Jayden said. The guys murmered in agreement. I grabbed a roll from a basket next to me and bit into it. It was fresh and warm and tasted better than anything my dad cooked.

"We aren't normally this formal," Quinn explained, "we just thought we should do something to- er... celebrate you joining us here." Ashton sniggered, but Quinn ignored him. I nodded and ate another roll.

"So... um... nice house," I said.

"Thanks!" Quinn replied with a grin, "How much have you seen?"

"My bedroom, my bathroom... and this dining room," I replied promptly. The guys laughed.

"Yeah, well, there's a lot more," Quinn said, "The first floor is more of a... normal home. The second floor is the formal floor. The third floor is the living space. The fourth floor is the novelty floor, and the fifth floor..." the guys all exchanged knowing looks. I wondered what the fifth floor was, "Well, you'll find out about the fifth floor soon." The guys chuckled. They knew something I didn't, but I didn't care enough right now to pry. I bit into my fourth roll.

"Who was that girl... Peony, I think her name was?" I asked.

"Peony's out maid, kind of. We have a few of them that help us with different things. Peony helps with serving food and stuff like that," Quinn said. He saw the look on my face; that I wanted to ask something but didn't know how to put it into words, "We barely ever use her for sex. You, however, are here for that exact purpose. Don't worry, though. You aren't the house slut, and you'll be treated like any of the guys," Somehow, that didn't make me feel any better.

I excused myself from the table and made my way back up to my bedroom. I figured I should probably finish unpacking. I put my shampoo and conditioner in the caddy in the shower, and I unpacked all of my many, many beauty products into the bathroom cabinets and drawers. Lipsticks, eyeshadow palettes, eyeliners, mascara. I owned multiple of pretty much every beauty product in existence. I looked out the window in my bedroom and saw that the sun had gone down all the way.
