Suddenly there's a knock at the door.
" Come in " I say and Niall opens the door.
" Me, Courtney and the lads were wanting to go swimming would y'all want to come?" he asks.
" Don't y'all have work and sorry I can't " I answer.
" We're going before we have to go to work" he answers me.
" Oh okay"
" It's still daylight I can't either bro " Zayn tells him.
" Okay we'll be at the lake then " Niall says and closed the door.
" You could go without me if you wanted to "
" I know but it's not that "
" Why?" he asks.
" Cause " I say looking at the tv.
" Aw babe you know you could've told me "
" I know but this is girl stuff "
" I know but I'm still always here for you " he reminds me.
" I know and I love you for that" I smile and give him a kiss.
" So what do you want to do while they're all at the lake?" he asks me.
" I don't know we only have thirty minutes "
" Watch tv and just talk?"
---30 minutes later---
" We're back " Liam says.
Me and Zayn walk downstairs and Louis and Niall aren't there.
" Where's Niall and Louis?" I ask.
" They left to go to work ten minutes ago." Courtney explains.
---Zayn's POV---
When I get back from work I go to the room and Alex is already sleeping.
I take a shower and decide to go to sleep. It's been crazy at work and I'm wore out.
I climb in next to Alex and feel her move a little.
" Babe " she whispers in a sleepy voice and turns around.
" Its me " I whisper and pull her in close. Her head in the crook of my neck.
In the middle of the night I feel her squirming and it wakes me up.
" No. No. No!" she says loud enough for only me to hear.
" Babe. Babe wake up" I tell her shaking her lightly.
" * gasps * Zayn?"
" I'm right here baby it was a bad dream " I tell her and she hugs me tight. Really tight.
" I love you. Please don't ever leave me" she whispers and I feel a tear on my shoulder.
" I love you too. Don't worry I never will" I assure and we lay back down.
Her heavy breathing going down as I pull her closer.
" What was the dream? Why would she never want me to leave her though she knows I won't?" I ask myself.
