Backstory : When Andromeda was 7, she was just starting school with her beloved sister, Misty. On meat the teacher night, Andromeda's whole family was there. Her mother Sapphire, father Starynight, and her sister, Misty. When they were meeting her history teacher, Andromeda left the room. A sudden pain battered in her temple. Determined not to irritate her family, Andromeda did nothing, but hold her temple in pain. She left the room, and a few moments later she heard an explosion. She jumped up and turned around and everything became a blur. She recalled fire, lots of fire. She realized what had happened and ran over to the fire, but she was held back by an adult dragon. Everything then went black and when she woke up in the morning, she was on a hospital bed. She had severe burns on her tail and legs. Andromeda learned that her mother and father had died in the explosion. Tears streaming down her cheeks, she asked what had happened to her sister. A nurse led her into another room where her sister was lying on a hospital bed. Misty looked weak. She was covered almost everywhere with bandages. Misty looked up at Andromeda and held her claws. "Take care of yourself." Her sister said " And never forget your family," She finished weakly, and slowly closed her eyes and her hand fell. "No,NO, your not dead, please don't leave me Misty" Andromeda cried. A nurse patted her and the back and tried to comfort her, but nothing calmed Andromeda. For days Andromeda barely allowed herself to eat anything. She locked herself in her room and refuse to let any of her friends come in. She was piled with guilt, she felt that it was all her fault. "I should of warned them, I am stupid, I could have saved them, I COULD HAVE SAVED THEM!". Andromeda want into deep depression, when finally, one brave soul named Amethyst busted Andromeda's door open and calmed her down. Amethyst was a 20 year old dragon and she became like another parent to Andromeda. Andromeda finally let in to starting a new life and she and Amethyst moved to the rainforest village. Andromeda started at J.M.A and she swore to herself before she started J.M.A, that she would never let another one her friends and family, or anyone she new, get hurt again.
