"How's it going Harlow?"

"It's going. How are you?"

"Slowly losing my mind."

"You're almost down a month . . . Two weeks, right?"

"Counting down the days till I come home?"

"What? No!"

"That's sweet of you Harlow but it'll be more than four months before I come back to Indiana. I have to go back to base."

"Where's base?"

"California."

"Harlow?"

"We're friends, aren't we? You can tell me anything and right now I would really appreciate it if you would tell me what's going on in that brain of yours."

"Harlow?"

"I didn't think you were so far away honestly."

"I know."

"You're not even a few hours in a car ride away."

"I know."

"You're more than a days drive."

"Is this your way of telling me that you want me to come see you?"

"Your aunt does live here."

"I really love the way this friendship is blossoming Harlow but I had already planned on buying her and Dylan a ticket to come see me. By the way, thank you for getting me her number. I called her yesterday and they were both happy to hear from me. She even cried."

"Glad I could help."

"How'd you manage that anyway? Isn't customer information confidential?"

"They do but I told a little white lie."

"Shame shame shame Ms. Booker. What was it?"

"Said that you and I were . . . you know, married."

"Oh yeah?"

"And they bought it. Told them my husband was deployed on a ship and didn't have cell service and his Aunt recently got her number changed and he needed to speak with her about his will if something was to happen."

"Those are some interesting details you made up."

"I kind of feel bad but it got you her number so everyone's happy."

"Well thank you again and one day when I'm back in Indiana I will swing by and say hello."
