In the media, you can see the sitting room of the new Exo dorm before they moved in. The light this room gets is magnificent. At night it's open and cool, mornings are bright and sunny. The room is actually really open and has nice space for the 10 boys.
In fact, I bet they could all be comfertable just in the sitting room. But needless to say, the sitting room is not the only room in the dorm.
