Ch. 1 - Ep. 2 - A little magic usage

~Nya 1~

The next day came. I came to [Twilight Manor] in order to ask Loki-sama for status update. It was supposed to be the usual stuff.

However...

"O-o-o-ooooohhhooohh!" I... am frozen. The air is squeezing my lungs out of breath. This... this...

"Oi oi. You've got to tell me where the hell did you get that magic! It looks something rare you know! A quick cast magic even so!" But I ignored my goddess' compliants

I can't believe my eyes, really. Magic! I have a freakin' magic! This is crazy! "Hey chibi. Use that wisely. If you got knocked up because of Mind Zero, I'll really regret taking you in." Afyer hearing that I ran on the corner of the room, hugged my legs and sulked.

"It's fine Loki-san. I'm an outcast anyway, not like I would brjng you guys any good. I'm more like a freeloader even." "Gaha!" Oi oi! Get a hold of yourself Y/n!

"It's alright Kami-sama. I'll die a happy man right here..."

"YYYYYY/NNN!"

~Nya 2~

After my sulking, Loki-sama advised me to cast the new magic at least once or twice. "Alright then..." I faced a kobold and held my hand out. Inhaled and muttered.

"Ludus!"

And nothing happened... (R.I.P. Magikarp)

"Tch." I just threw my dagger at the kobold and struck it on the chest, dispersing it. With a sigh of disappointment, I leaned my back on a wall, thinking of how to make it work. All I heard from Loki-sama was that it translates to the word 'game'.

Maybe... just maybe... if I have a medium of whatever game, my magic will be triggered... "Ah!" I ipened my bag and brought out a die. I grasp the die and once more, "Ludus!".

My die shined and I opened my palm to see that it is glowing white. "Hmm..." I just imagined if this die can make me strong.

After the thought of making my strenght go up, the gkow turned to red. "Wha?" I accidentally dropped it. And it shows 3. Three dots and the red glow was lifted and turned to a ball of light that struck me ever so softly. It disappeared once my body absorbed it and... I just felt a little... strong? I don't know but I felt that my muscle bulged and then, nothing.

I sighed and picked up the die. I continued to the fourth floor. "Here goes nothing, I guess. I came out and I saw a frog. And that frog monster is not supposed to be at the fourth floor. But of course, with my magic at hand, it is time to use my strenght.

I made a rush. My speed to run is not much of a surprise that I feel slow, but now, I felt... just a little bit faster. And I felt that my endurance is nothing to be proud of even now.

So I gave the frog a slash and my dagger dug on its back. I really felt that. My strenght really increased. I dodged the tounge attack successfully and got behind it and stabbed  it all the way home.

It dispered and picked up the slightly larger stone. It's a good thing for me. I decided to head back and not tire myself.
