Fourth period came along, which was math. And you'll never believe who I have math with.
"Oh great, newbie's on this class. Hey, don't coppy me when you don't what to write."
His friends sat around him and laughed.
"Shut up, this is the reason why I'm not sitting with you. Jerk."
His frirnds stopped laughing and started at me. Then the boy got up and stood ight in front of me, like he was about to hit me. The teacher wasn't in the room, but the whole class was watching. I slowly backed up.
"S- sorry." I said quietly  and went to thenopposite side of the room.
"Well you made herbscared of you, thats for sure."
"Shut up, Johnny. No one asked you."
Everyone was so wuiet, and when the math teacher walked in the room, he looked confused.
"Is something wrong guys? You're all usually loud and all over the place. Or is it the new student? Her name is Gracie. Ahe moved here from Ohio. And if yiu guys dont mind, make her feel comfortable. Josh."
"What!? I haven't done anything, don't look at me."
His name was Josh. I loved that name. I've always loved that name. Ever since I was three. All the games I played, stories I wrote, someones name was always Josh. I've never known anyone in person, named Josh.
"Gracie, I'm Mr. Charleston. If you ever have any questions, ask me please."
Then he started class.
When the bell rang, i waited for Josh to leave the classroom before I left. And I thought he was gone, but when I walked out of the classroom he grabbed my arm.
"Gracie. More like Newbie because they sound alike. I'm good at this."
"Oh, my gosh. What do you want!? I have to get to science."
"Science!? You have science now!?"
"Yeah? Is that a problem?"
"Yes, because I have science! Ugh this school stinks! What ever, just stay away from me."
"I planned on it."
I walked away, not even looking back at him.

When I got to the science room, there were no empty seats. Except one next to Josh. I just stood there, and he stared at me.
"Stay away from me."
I kept hearing that in my head. Then he said something.
"You better find a seat before the bell rings. Mrs. Carstown sends you to the office or being tardy if not."
I slowly walked over to the empty seat but when i got there, he slammed his books in the seat.
"This seats taken. Get it? T. A. K. E. N."
"Oh, for gods sake!"
A girl in the back of the class got up and moved her stuff.
"Here, have my seat. Josh, move your stuff right now, or else."
"Ok, ok, I'm sorry."
The rest of the day... was terrible.
